Customer service was second to none. We thought it would be a very difficult experience. That couldn’t be further from the truth. Step by step guidance was supplied to make the connection with our pets new / replacement unit.

No prompting from Pawfit: I wanted to come on here and say what a great product the Pawfit Lite tracker is. I've fitted it on both my cats, and it saves so much time and heartache when they go wandering. My little girl cat in particular is very adventurous (especially in the summer), and the tracker has saved me hours of searching for her/posting on Facebook/putting up posters, etc.! Absolutely love it. It's small and light enough that my cats are unbothered by wearing it, it's extremely helpful (and fascinating!) to see their daily activity patterns & step count, and I would highly recommend this product. There is a small subscription fee, but it's the price of a cup of coffee, and it gives me so much peace of mind being able to find my cats quickly.

The bleep and flashing light features are very helpful, both for finding my cats, or locating the collar if it has come off. The bleep sound could be a little louder, as you do need to be fairly close/in a quiet environment to hear it - but I imagine that it might scare the cat if it were louder? The battery life could be a bit longer - perhaps better with the larger dog trackers? Overall though, I am absolutely thrilled with my trackers, and keep recommending them to anyone within earshot!

Love that fact my dog has a pawfit tracker he's scared of loud noises so we know exactly where he is I'm alerted when he's left his safe zone

I got the Pawfit Lite free from Pawfit to try it out with my Pomeranian Lolly. Just sharing that I really love the tracker and app. I track my own fitness with my Apple Watch so tracking hers too is incredible. It’s been so good to keep peace of mind of what she’s up to as well. It’s so easy to set up and use.

This device is small enough for a cat with mostly accurate tracking with occasional wildly inaccurate tracks. Every once in a while I will get an alert my cat has left the zone while I can clearly see she is well within the zone. A power cycle seems to re-calibrate it with GPS and it tracks well again.

Excellent product, has undoubtedly saved my dog’s life on more than one occasion. The app is excellent and there seem to be fairly regular improvements and updates. Have removed 1 star because the tags themselves are not as physically robust as they need to be , for the job they are doing. I would still recommend Pawfit to anyone.

Our terrier went down into an unused badger sett last year and if he hadn't had his Pawfit tracker, we would never have found him. I rate this product 20 stars!

I've been using the Pawfit GPS tracker for my cat, and considering what's currently available on the market, I'd happily give it 5 stars.

Yes, it requires an annual subscription, but in my opinion it's well worth it. It does exactly what you want a pet GPS tracker to do, and the unit itself is small enough that it's perfect for a cat without being bulky or uncomfortable.

When it has a good mobile signal, the GPS is impressively accurate. The only time I've noticed any issues is in areas with poor phone reception, where the location can be a little less precise. That's more of a connectivity limitation than a fault with the device itself.

The built-in beep function is also very useful for finding your pet once you're nearby. My only suggestion for improvement would be to make the beep slightly louder. At the moment, you generally need to be within about 5 metres to hear it. I understand they probably keep the volume lower so it doesn't frighten pets, but just a few extra decibels would make locating them even easier.

The companion app is another highlight—it's easy to use, well laid out, and has worked reliably for me.

Overall, I think it's an excellent product and great value for money. If you're looking for a compact GPS tracker for a cat or small pet, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.

Accurate GPS location with both my trackers. Nice small size so my cats don't seem to mind them at all. Perfect for cats. The monthly subscription is very reasonsbly priced.

Great little device - it’s been tested well the past 2 weeks ( or so) — mud water rolled on - since the little rescue dog arrived. The battery has amazing charge and it’s great to see how settled little dog is when she is left at home with the others Love the tracking of miles etc and great peace of mind that if she ventures too far I can see her . So far that has not been needed but makes me more confident to let her have adventures off the lead. I would recommend this and am already raving to friends about it

Decided to get a Pawfit Lite cat tracker when our cat got locked in a garage, and only by luck found him, must say it gives a very good idea of where he goes and the territory he patrols, sometimes the tracker will not respond, probably because he's hiding, or under something , or a weak signal, once when it wasn't responding I put it on find and walked about where he usually goes, after a while the blue tooth picked him up and put my mind at rest that he was probably asleep in someone's garden, he also lost the tracker once, as the safety collar must've got caught on something and came off ,he came back without it on ,I put the App on find and it showed me where it was ,I went to the place it was showing then put the alarm on, took a little time to get the exact position but I did find it, so that alone shows it does work .Overall very pleased with it, but it does have its limitations, sometimes a weak signal and sometimes not responding, but it has given me an idea exactly where he patrols and where he's likely to be.

Overall this is a very good introductory GPS monitoring system for pets. There are places on my property which have a weak signal, but overall it's actually REALLy strong and accurate! It has been a HUGE load off my shoulders to know I can find my dog if he wanders out of the safe zone. I wish the battery life was longer but understand why it isn't. We did opt to purchase the additional collar with a physical docking clip as opposed to the silicone-backed standard one and love it much more. Sometimes I have to manually trigger it to connect to GPS when we've been indoors (steel building) but overall this has been great and we're happy with the purchase.

Great product. Gives me peace of mind when my boy goes off on a walk and doesn't come home for his tea! 🐈‍⬛️

We had purchased another tracker that we returned immediately. Pawfit has been terrific and has kept track of Lily at every moment.

The instructions were poor- there was no advice on how to fasten and unfasten the necklace and fitting the unit to the necklace was also unclear. The battery doesn’t last long between changes.

Very good customer service. Tracker good but battery only lasts 2 days.

Had to transfer the tracker to a 'new' dog after a sudden loss.
Phone Technology has now advanced beyond my Gen X capabilities, and my face spends a lot of time resembling my Grandfather's when he first saw Boy George on Top of the Pops.
I hit up Customer Service.
They emailed me back within the hour.
They were incredibly kind about the loss and talked me through (explain like I am 5) the transfer.
The tracker itself is great.
I'm on the 3rd dog and 2nd Tracker.

I really wanted to give 5* but the accusation of the tracking sometimes is a little off. This could be for any reason. I find that when I click “ find “ it doesn’t always update every 5 seconds and sometimes it says he’s somewhere far away, this has only happened twice luckily.
The positives is that I can track him & thanks to the beep & the light I can find him by hearing him and the tracker rough location does help. Maybe Iv not set it up correctly I’m not sure, I am a bit unsure regarding the safe zone, it recommends to set it up around 100m from your home, maybe this could be something to do with it.
I still really enjoy using this tracker and it stays on my cat and has never came off, the battery life is for around 5/6 days which is great. He doesn’t seem to be bothered by it at all. It’s just nice knowing where he is whenever I feel the need to check. Pawfit also seems to be the best price on the market, so I’m really happy with this tracker, to find a way around the tracker when it’s not updating, I turn the find on and off, sometimes close the app down, then I just watch to see his movements but it gives you a pretty good idea where they are and it in doubt put the alarm on. I taken my cat to see my horse and when we tracked him on the app it shown the exact location and spot where he was. Thank you for a really good little tracker pawfit.

Well made product stays on my wild terrrier even when he is tearing through dense undergrowth. GPS signal good in woodland. Light and alarm very useful. Competitively priced compared to alternatives.
