Excellent service, plush bunny
I am visiting the UK and bought a plush bunny online for my Jack Russell in Australia. Due to the ME crisis I am flying back home on Wednesday night. I sent an email asking if the parcel would arrive in time. Alex replied and said he could arrange speedier delivery with Royal Mail and cover the cost. What excellent service‼️

Quick delivery- super quality-my only disappointment was the size- we checked the sizes on your site and we measured the dogs nose accurately-it indicated we needed a large- but when we have tried it on, the strap won’t go any tighter it’s on the max and its a little too big on the snout😩

Great purchase
Chose a harness, collar and lead for my small dog as was finding it hard to find a harness he was comfortable in. The set have worked very well and the harness doesn’t chafe anywhere and is easy to get on and off. Very pleased!

We were sorry to hear about the delay We actually dispatched your order the same day we received it. Unfortunately, Royal Mail seems to have lost the parcel as we explained.
We understand this is frustrating, and to make things right, we promptly sent a replacement at our own cost. As a small business, we don't receive compensation from Royal Mail for lost packages.
Unfortunately this occasionally happens and we are not in control of Royal Mails service however we are aware the replacement has been received eventually.

Great cotton collar
First time I’ve used this company. Had difficulty in finding a collar to fit my new rescue but found these strong cotton collars which are adjustable, far easier than normal collars. Cotten too, which can be left on if necessary and washable. Really pleased with them

as we stated in our email the return received was a large which matches the order placed. Our cotton dog collars use a unique coding system not small,medium or large which was why we were confused as to how you concluded it was labeled wrong.
However we also understand that there is not a industry standard small,medium or large sizing and each brand has its own sizing charts which is why we provide ours on the website as a guide to the sizes.
We are sorry our large size did not fit your dog and we hope you find a suitable matching size in the future.
