I was guaranteed Christmas delivery hence ordered on the 26th November. I received no shipping information for 2-3 weeks, then I emailed the company for them to inform me my order was “lost in transit”, and they are “VIP reshipping and giving me a free gift”, absolute load of crap. Order from somewhere else!

Scam. Never received my dog sweater. 58 bucks gone.

I see a lot of reviews saying this is a scam, or that the quality is terrible. I have to say that’s not true. They sent me exactly what I ordered. You need to keep in mind that it is embroidered, so it’s not a perfect image, but mine looks great! The order was easy, the details all match what I selected, and the shipping was fast. I was able to track my shipment all the way to delivery. I don’t know why a lot of people are saying it’s a scam. I’m very happy with my purchase.

The item was purchased at the beginning of December and, as per their website, should have arrived by now.

I realised there was a delay as the item states "awaiting shipping" online. I have sent multiple emails requesting a full refund as the item will be outrageously late (it's still not in transit).

Some of the replies have clearly been copied and pasted - as in sending the same reply twice and not answering my specific questions.

I have been offered a 10% refund, and then a 20% refund, with advice on how to "chase up with the logistics company". I have made it clear I do not wish to chase and chase and chase a parcel. And a 20% refund on a Christmas present which won't arrive until well after January is pointless.

I told them I had to buy a replacement gift at the same price and they told me not to "trust" sellers who are promising to deliver within the period stated - as if this is an unusual phenomenon. Additionally, no-one at the company bothered to contact me to advise me of the delay - which makes me think this is just business as usual for this company.

I am bitterly disappointed with this service. I actually do not believe the item will show up at all. They have stopped answering my emails and have ignored my request for a refund. Avoid ordering with this company at all costs. It is a scam.

Honestly, it feels misleading. The company presents itself as American, but it appears to operate out of China. I placed my order on December 5 and it didn’t arrive until December 17, almost two weeks later. During that time, there was a lot of uncertainty about whether the order would arrive at all, which made the experience frustrating and stressful.

The product quality is not bad, but the lack of transparency and trust significantly hurts the overall experience. Because of the risk and uncertainty around delivery, I would not recommend buying from this company.

This product website states that this company is here in the US but when I got the tracking info it is coming from China. I knew something was off when I would get a copy and paste emails that do not answer any of my concerns. I will be going through afterpay and getting a refund back for all of this. This company is a scam and should be investigated and shut down completely. I ordered this for Christmas on Dec 6th and now it is the 19th and I know I won’t get this before then. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY, STAY AWAY FROM THEM! PLEASE SHUT THIS COMPANY DOWN!!

Ordered December 5, no follow up emails, contacted the team, told to be patient, the process on their website confirms the order should've been on its way weeks ago, disastrous and a complete scam.

The product I received does not resemble the reference photo I sent. Additionally, reaching out to their customer support results in an AI generated response about tracking my order.

This is a SCAM company out of China. They sent me the product but it was nothing like the photo I sent including the dog was the wrong colour. When I wanted a refund they told me I needed to send back the product (at my cost) . DO NOT GIVE THEM ANYMORE MONEY.

I ordered 3 blankets. Not cheap and now they have arrived they look nothing like the online pictures of the product. Quality is shocking the pictures of the dogs and cat are shocking and even though the light was fine on the actual pictures as per their own check list they are dark and have just been thrown on the blanket, really awful and can't be given as gifts.

So… I feared the worst when I saw some of the feedback online and despite telling myself I wouldn’t get stung by one of these sellers (again!) I have to say I’m pleasantly surprised by the result and reasonable satisfied.
Took just over 3 weeks to receive my order and alarm bells rang when the tracking seemed to make no sense in China one minute, then London, then Leicester then London, then possibly China again? But my package arrived today and the two sweatshirts I ordered are the correct colour, size, no typos on the pet names, the pictures are a good likeness and I used different pics of the same cats so the embroidery is definitely not just generic stock photos, they are based on the images I sent, the poses at least. Although, I noticed some people saying their pets eye colour is wrong and I just noticed the same on mine but it doesn’t really bother me, however it’s something to consider if you’re massively bothered about that kind of accuracy.
So all in all, not bad.
They are not as good quality as the ones depicted on the website which have likely been lifted from elsewhere which is not cool, because if they gave a true depiction and you knew what you were getting for the price, I’d probably still have ordered anyway. The premium ones are better obviously but at more than twice the price. You get what you pay for I guess.

Scam company , they will steal your money and never send the product , support will answer with the same copy and paste email no matter what you send , paid for VIP shipping over 3 months ago , item never sent

Customer service refuse a refund despite me insisting the order will not arrive in time for Christmas (not even despatched yet) and completely disregard my concerns. Just take my money and have not given me a product or any idea when it might come!

ONE AI customer service agent that repeats the same thing over and over.
Had to get PayPal and my bank involved to get my money back. What a hassle and disappointment! Don’t learn the hard way like me!

Not very good quality for a 50 dollar sweatshirt. I won't order from this place again.

It is scum. We ordered two sweatshirt on the 5 of December , but we didn't received any tracking number.

They are deceptive marketing! They are not based in the US, nor does their phone number work. It’s a fake to build false trust!

Their product is utter garbage shipped from China. It showed up dirty and unfinished. The images are absolutely not the same quality as advertised. The shirts are worse than dollar store quality! They are a bait-n-switch scam!

They sent the wrong products, items are missing from the order, and the only one they got right was embarrassing terrible quality.

Trying to get a refund from them is a nightmare. They are a total scam and a waste of money

Stay Away!

I ordered a custom ornament with a stitched photo of my dog. The sample they have on their website is highly detailed and professional. What I received looked like a kindergartener made it, it was very poorly done. I asked for a full refund for a $36 ornament and they offered 10% off. What a joke.

Do not get mislead.

This is just custom drop-shipping from factories in China. They are not in control of the production process. There is no quality control.

Ordered 2 items with the same picture, both came out vastly different. One very cartooney with only 5 colors used, the other supposed to be more realistic but looked like an evil version of our pet. They only offer 10% off, or reproduction at your own expense. When you pay for priority delivery, it still takes more than 2 weeks before it is even produced.
