I have purchased ten pieces from Pavoi and at first was thrilled. But it’s like a pig. At first you’re excited and the pig is cute and adorable. Then after time you realize it is messy, stinky, and more hassle than it is worth. 30% of the jewlery has lost their cz’s and the earrings? NOT HYPOALLERGENIC. Reaching out to them and expecting support is like holding your breath under water. Don’t do it and don’t buy it! They truly do not care that their items, even though they are very affordable do not last even a few months. The only reason why my other pieces have lasted longer is because I don’t wear them as often.

Absolutely trash jewelry but they sell it as no tarnish, water safe and they are amazing! My bracelet turned in about 6weeks. They said they would not do anything about it and locked me out of tik tok lives when I would warn people.

I ordered a cz yellow gold plated tennis bracelet off Amazon and was SHOCKED at how beautiful it is. The way the stones catch the light look like real diamonds. For $19 I am very happy & will likely buy more jewelry from them.

{ UPDATE } Pavoi responsed to my email every quickly, was very apologetic and gave a FULL return!! Very happy with how the final outcome played out.

HORRIBLE return policy!!!! I paid over $60 for two pairs of leggings. The leggings were a bad fit overall, they didnt come with tags on them. Then when I returned them it cost over $30 just to ship them back, then they only credited me $4.67 for both leggings. Saying they needed to replace the tags?! Please do not waste your time or money!

The delivery of my order took too long, and as a result, my items are now stuck in the US. I live in Switzerland, and my brother was supposed to bring them to me, so I ultimately never received my order. A complete waste of time and money.

Never received tracking information until I sent them a 3rd email telling them I would cancel the order then when I received my order the one thing I wanted did not show up contacted them again and they tell me it is out of stock, well if you would have pulled my order when i placed it would not have been out of stock. Pavoi did everything in their power to ensure I will never order from them again!

The 18" simulated diamond necklace clasp releases and falls off. If I wasn't home it would have
been lost.
Do not buy this product, there is a serious problem with the clasp. It separated and falls off. This is a faulty clasp. They don't fix it because if you loose it you have to buy another one. Rating 1.

I bought quite a few earrings and two bracelets. I wasn't crazy about a few of the earrings and wanted to return them. I have went round and round and now customer service won't respond to just send me the address to send it back. So frustrated.

Items never received. Pavoi refused to refund or check with Amazon Logistics to see why the package was delivered to a town 40 miles away. Amazon said vendor has to resolve so I'm out $40. Awful customer service.

Jewelry is made terrible and falls apart only after a few wears. Customer service is AWFUL! Company doesn’t stand behind their products! DONT BUY. You would think a company would want to help make a repeat customer happy but instead they were blunt in saying don’t shop with us again!

I LOVE PAVOI JEWELRY!! Their pieces are so dainty ad timeless at such a great price point. I wear their jewelry in the shower, at the pool, to the beach and it still looks brand new. The quality of the jewelry allows it to last for months without tarnishing or losing color. I have no complaints. Highly recommend!
