Extremely disnappointed. Order no P100505876

I ordered a pair of brogues for my husband for him to wear at a wedding on 19/7/25. I received notification on 10/7/25 that the warehouse was out of stock but that they were being selected from a store to be delivered as soon as possible. I rang customer service today 16/7/25 to be advised that the store had dispatched the shoes to the warehouse but that their process - not the delivery - took 10 working days. I was offered no help to ensure a timely delivery but could cancel if I so wished. Bought Pavers previously and like the shoe, customer service not so much.

Annie at Pavers in Kidderminster is extremely professional & offers a superior service as she provides a high level of personal attention to each customer. She gets to know you, your needs, & your feet. Annie’s recommendations & suggestions are first class as she always has your best interests & comfort in mind. She ensures your footwear fits & functions correctly. Recently, I have bought 3 pairs of ankle boots & a pair of trainers from Annie as I’m confident I will love the footwear she has suggested for a great fit with my short but wide feet!!!

Telford Pavers…

My daughter and I went into Telford Pavers this morning. We were served by Kerry who was excellent, so patient, seeking online as well as instore for my boots. I ended up with a lovely pair. She really was super and the whole store was so welcoming

Pavers for Ravers

Very Very helpfull assistant she explaind what sort of shoe I needed very patient not pushy and she delivered. Believe me I have had some assistants not Pavers who think they are above the customer and will do anything for a sale. Thank you Pavers. Must add I am 83 years young and now I have a spring in my step.

ordered a pair of slippers on 11 July…

ordered a pair of slippers on 11 July 2024 and paid £3.49 for a four day delivery. Slippers did not arrive very disappointed with service and have asked for a total refund inclusive of postage. Poor service all round will not buy ever again from Pavers Shoes

Great customer experience!

My experience ordering through pavers.us was very positive. I put through an order for three pairs of shoes the end of May and received the order on June 11th. E mail communication from Pavers was prompt and informative. I was able to track the order up through the day of delivery.
I love their shoe styles and how comfortable the shoes are to wear. In the future, I will not hesitate to order through them again!

Email harvesters rather than a…

Email harvesters rather than a legitimate business. When I did not complete a sale, because it added an excessive postage charge, it carried on bombarding me with emails and this continued even after writing to the business's owner. They just can't stop spamming,

Poor customer service and communication & product misinformation

Poor customer service, dysfunctional communication with an order status on the Pavers UK website key that fails to operate. All reported in writing to the CEO Stuart Paver in the UK, who didn't have the decency or courtesy to respond. When I eventually received the shoes, despite being described as 'relaxed fit' which I had wrongly thought was easy to slip on - the box clearly stated 'Extra Wide Fit'. Had I known I would never have bought them. This is clearly product misinformation/misrepresentation, but I won't return them because I really do not want to deal with Pavers again. As a consequence of all their dysfunction they have lost a customer forever. Beware of this brand.

Didn’t receive my money back…

returned a pair of shoes to the address given to me by the company's generated return label. The USPS delivered the parcel back, but no one refunded my money back to me. I emailed three times to the Pavers.us and received no responses.

The situation was resolved, the company reimbursed the money to my account. I contacted Pavers.co.uk. Thank you Trustpilot for your help and I appreciate help from Pavers too

Returned items back on March 7th

Returned items back on March 7th. Still have not received a credit. Not happy about this. Items were delivered to your Kansas Facility on March 10th and departed for the UK facility on March 11th. Since that time tracking has not be available.

I am sorry that you have not had your refund yet.

We do not have a facility in Kansas, this is the US postal service depot. It looks like the item hasn't arrived with us yet. As I can see that the items have been sent a while ago, I will manually process it for you now. Then we will investigate with the courier as to the location of the parcel.
