A horrible experience..
It was my second time using this service. No issues the first time.
This time the work was shoddy. What I asked for wasn't done. Things were cut that I didn't ask him to cut. I tried to discuss it with Paul but he hung up the phone on me. Arrived to my house demanding full payment and refused to accept any responsibility for the job . Refused to even look at the issues I was explaining. When I said I wasn't paying in full for an incomplete job Paul immediately tried to physically intimate me and bully me into paying him. He also threatened to damage my property. I was forced into paying him. I was at home alone at the time and I just wanted him off my property. Thankfully the whole incident was on camera and i will be pursuing it further. A horrible experience!
