Paul fixed some earrings for me today while I waited and free of charge (I hadn’t purchased them from Granelli’s). It was a really kind gesture and greatly appreciated. There are some beautiful items in the shop and I will be visiting again for sure!

An impulsive and surprise birthday present from my husband. As it was unexpected I hadn’t really given much thought to the design.
I just told Christine that I wanted a cultured pearl ring with 2 claw set diamonds either side.
I am absolutely delighted with my very pretty and beautiful ring.
I have had a repair to a ring and also an adjustment to a chain necklace at this jewellers previously which again was dealt with the same attention to detail.

Engagement ring purchased several years ago made exactly to my specification and now today just received my eternity ring which is an absolute perfect match to the ring. Perfection.

This is the first time iv had to write a bad review about a company as a warning to other potential victims.I filled out the enquiry form online twice in the past 3 weeks for a watch I'm looking to purchase....the company never even took the time to reply to my enquiry.....if this is not a warning not to do business here I don't know what is!!!Must be making so much money that they can afford to blank potential new customers.....I will never do business here .....read other reviews and understand what your getting involved In...I was prepared to let this company prove the bad reviews were bias....looks like there 100% correct....lucky escape in my opinion. Hope this helps other buyers.Never sent me any messages or other options...their message is bull.....*update asked Paul to resend offer of alternative choice....never heard anything again....make your own mind up people.....

Paul and Christine have once again provided excellent service when I called upon them to service and alter my wedding and engagement rings.

Notwithstanding how busy Paul is he managed to turn the work around very quickly.

Had a lovely bracelet bought for me at Christmas, had a diamond fall out when I was out almost 6 months later after wearing it everyday. Bought it back here and they replaced it and cleaned it for me within 3 days! Sparkling clean just as it was when I received it.

Fantastic job re clawing my engagement ring. Really good job and polished up looking better than ever.

Paul repaired a ring which had been given to my mother as a ruby wedding present. He replaced missing small diamonds and also replaced the central garnet. The garnet was an unusual size and style as the ring was second hand when given to my mother over 30 years ago. The ring now looks as good as new.

2 years ago today I proposed to my soon wife to be Lisa and that happiest day was made all the better by the stunning hand made diamond ring. Quality throughout, from the ring to the service. I can recommend Paul and Christine enough. If you want special service for a special occasion look no further.

Disgusting service. The shop will tell you the watch will be in 3-4 weeks and 16 weeks later still not reply to emails. If you call the person you need to speak to “is out for lunch” ........ always out for lunch what ever time you call. I had to report to my credit card to get the money back.
Daylight robbery, do not use.

A scam operation. Nearly a year since ordering a £4000 watch for my daughter's 21st birthday. No explanation and no return of phone calls or emails. It would seem that Mr Granelli uses the interest on purchases such as this to fund his business: invested, £4000 would return £250-300 in this period.
This is criminal activity, but interestingly notifying the shop of my decision last week to involve the police has not resulted in any action.
I feel sorry for the ladies in the shop who answer the calls, pretending each time that this has never happened before. Hopefully the organisation's days are numbered.

Just collected my remodelled platinum engagement ring. It is beautiful. I’ve had years of trouble getting my engagement ring repaired at a high street jeweller (spent the last two months without it while they blamed the faulty ring on me). Got a quote from PG (a third of the price of high street jeweller) and ring was finished in less than two weeks! Excellent customer service and workmanship - thanks so much!

On the 27th Jan 2019 I ordered a watch (£2988 Omega speed master professional) online through paulgranelli.co.uk a jeweller in Cheshire. They stated the watch was in stock 4 to 6 weeks delivery. The watch never arrived. I’ve e-mailed the company 7 times (from 12th May) and had only one reply (after the second e mail 22nd May) stating they had confirmed my order with the supplier and were waiting for a delivery date.

I started ringing the shop from 15th May, a total of 151 phone calls and managed to get a reply 6 times (the phone is either engaged or goes to a voice recording). 17th May I was told they would e mail me with details of my order, no e mail arrived. 22nd May I was told they would ring me straight back, no phone call came likewise on the 23rd May, 24th May, 5th June and finally on the 13th June I got through to a lady explained my predicament and she said she didn’t know what to do. I managed to persuade her to check they were getting my e mails which she did, and she confirmed they had received my e mails but could only sympathise with my situation.

On the 29th May I’d e-mailed them explaining I was not happy and wanted a full refund as per the Consumer act 2013 and they had 14 days to return my money (think this is right?), after 14 days no refund was made. I got in touch with a lady from Trading Standards Gateshead and she kindly tried to help but she couldn’t get through to the shop via telephone and her e-mails were not replied to. She suggested I start a “charge back” through my bank, which I did. After a couple of phone calls to my bank and filling in disclaimer forms including copies of all the e-mails I’d sent, screen shots of phone records and copies of receipts etc the bank started an investigation.

On the 3rd July my money was eventually returned to my bank. So basically, they had my order and my money for over 22 weeks without an explanation or an apology. They are still advertising the watch I tried to purchase all be it at a higher price on their website in stock now but please don’t order it. Paul Granelli describes himself as a “renowned Italian goldsmith”. Unfortunately, it took me nearly 23 weeks and a lot of heart ache and worry to find out what he’s truly renowned for. Use this trader at your own peril.

This is a scam, they promise a watch, don’t deliver and then don’t refund. I have a CCJ against them and still not paying. DO NOT USE THIS RETAILER.

Staff were friendly and couldn't do enough for me.
