Excellent service from Louise (Whickham Branch)
We received excellent service from Louise Johnson at the Whickham Branch. Our property sale was unfortunately not a smooth one with the first sale falling through on the day of exchange/completion due to issues in the buyer’s chain, and the second sale taking many months to complete with limited communication to us. Whilst we experienced some frustration during this protracted period, we are very grateful to Louise who took over our property sale case at Pattinsons and was extremely proactive, friendly, responsive and helpful.

From the very first meeting (Phil Whiteside - Low Fell branch - attended to give valuation) to the multiple conversations with the wider team - but in particular Jessica Loftus - the service offered has been excellent. Prompt, attentive and extremely professional. At no point did I feel that our best interests were not their priority. Having met the buyers following the completion, they also spoke very positively about the firm and also specifically mentioned Jessica. Thank you for making - what can be a difficult process - as smooth and painless as possible.

Avoid Pattinsons like the plague
Avoid Pattinsons like the plague, due to there incompetence they cost us a fortune. There was very poor communication between there different departments. They were persistently evasive to try and cover their ineptitude and had zero after sales customer service. The whole experience was a nightmare.

Ellie at Ashington branch is the best.

We have sold a cluster of tricky properties through Pattinsons auction process over the years and it works for us every time!
This time we worked with Sarah Vasey from the Peterlee branch, who was efficient, found the right buyer and always returned calls immediately.
Sarah, actually attained a better price than we expected and the process was even simpler than previous sales.

They are making me pay 15,000 pounds for something they never did. Bulling tactic making me drop the price, so I decided to end the sale of my property, only they are constantly making my life miserable, they didn’t sell my property yet I’ve got to give them 15,000 pounds which I have not got . I’m a pensioner who can’t afford to eat let alone pay this for nothing I recommend stay away from these greedy companies I had to learn the hard way .im hoping and praying to the lord what goes around comes around .r off Britain uk I’ve reported them to also consumer advice
