This delightful villa is in an excellent position, peaceful and quiet yet within easy walking distance of local shops , bars and restaurants and a short drive to more extensive amenities in Pattaya.
The villa is exactly as described and very comfortable with a lovely pool.
We thoroughly enjoyed our two week stay and would love to return in the future.
We have previously stayed in different villas in this area and this is certainly the best we have stayed in.

We have just returned from a 13 night stay in this lovely spacious villa. It has everything you would want. We spent very little time indoors, making best use of the fabulous pool and covered area. There are plenty restaurants within easy walking distance. There is also a fabulous supermarket, again a short walk away. It stocks a plentiful supply of both local and European produce. It gave us the flexibility to dine in a couple of nights, making use of the great kitchen and appliances. We also used the BBQ one night. Not sure when we will back in the Pattaya area but when we are we will certainly try to book this villa again. The owner and his management team were very helpful throughout our stay.

Stayed here once with my girlfriend, wonderful place, definitely recommended.

We (3 adults) were in the villa twice ...November 2017 and February 2019. We wouldn't have come back if we didn't like the villa of course.
It's a very nice villa, very clean and well-maintained. Everything you need is onside and the pool is fantastic. You can sleep very well because the beds are very comfortable and it's very quiet. The villa has also a great location: it's very safe (guarded), and close to restaurants, shops, … We liked the restaurant Murphy's very much ..it's only 2 minutes walking.
Last time we had an early arrival and the owner was in the villa himself. He offered us for free to arrive early and we had a clean room and bathroom available to put the baggage and refresh ourselves. He also invited us for lunch in Murphy's restaurant. If you like to book this villa, don't hesitate, you won't regret regret it!

I found the villa spacious and airy on a nice corner position with high ceilings and an amazing pool - perfect for a relaxing break away from Hong Kong. It was furnished to a high standard with lovely interior design and something I have never seen in Thailand - a huge European kitchen, very well fitted with appliances like a real bean coffee machine, waste disposal unit, siemens washing machine not to mention the huge fridge-freezer.

The location was very nice and quiet on a private estate not too far from the busy centre of Pattaya and tourist attractions, but with excellent local shops, supermarkets, markets and restaurants. The owner and manager were very nice people to deal with and I had an exceptionally pleasant relaxing time at Baan Leelawadee.

We have just had a 9 day stay at the villa and it was a lovely place to stay and relax.
There was everything we need to make it a home from home.
We used the pool just about everyday, to cool down in or to relax by.
Just outside on the main road was a shop thai massage shop and hairdresser, near to these was murphy's irish pub with good food and air on.
All in all a lovely villa to spend a holiday in or like us a business trip. Also ideal for 2 families with kids as has 4 good bedrooms and plenty of living space.

I stayed at the Baan Leelawadee Villa last week for a few days with some friends while passing through Pattaya and it was great value and a great experience. The house was very modern with lovely interior style and also spacious, with plenty of room for all of us - much bigger than it looks in the pics.

The kitchen was also large, modern and well equipped. Outside the private pool and jacuzzi were amazing with nice gardens too. The location was great, not too busy with plenty of local shops and cheap restaurants nearby. It was easy to get to the beach, Walking Street, the big night market in Thrappasit and other tourist places by short taxi rides. It was exactly what we were looking for and I'll definitely be staying again on my next trip to Pattaya.

This is a first class, outstanding, superb holiday villa. It is so spacious and much bigger than the pictures show. This was my second visit to this villa with my daughter, her family with 2 kids 8 and 5 years old. All three generations had such a great time. We love everything about Baan Leelawadee, from the clean spacious living area to the huge fully equipped kitchen to the amazing swimming pool that the kids spent hours in and which looked so good and relaxing when lit up at night. Everything went smoothly with the checkin and checkout. We had one small problem with the water pressure which was quickly fixed by the nice Dutch host. The location is great, you feel secure in the quiet estate but the nearby shops are literally a few minutes walk away. It is also quieter and more pleasant than downtown Pattaya where we have stayed before. You can still quickly reach the beaches and big shopping malls when you want but there is a good selection of decent local restaurants and shops including the new European supermarket 10 mins walk away. You will not regret staying here, I can't wait to return!

Truly a fantastic stay in every aspect!!! The property is immaculate and newly refurbished. Location, peaceful – the local area has all the necessary whilst also being conveniently located and easy to hit the main city of Pattaya. To complement all this, the host was more than helpful with every detail thought of in advance. The pictures simply don’t do the property justice, everything was simply beyond expectations!
