Patta was founded by Edson Sabajo and Guillaume ‘Gee’ Schmidt. I was shipped the wrong size. I emailed customer service and they were very quick to respond and never made me wait anymore than 12 hours for a response. A shipping label was sent to return the shoes and a I was provided a special link to get the size I needed. Excellent customer service even though I didn't get the size I ordered.

Nous avons commandé une paire de baskets en choisissant la livraison à domicile. Nous avons payé la livraison à domicile ainsi qu'un supplement de 4€ de protection de livraison. 173,95€ au total.
Le type de livraison a été modifié pour un retrait en point relais UPS à 900km de l'adresse saisie pour la livraison (notre domicile). Tout cela sans notre accord ni consentement, UNE FOIS LE PAIEMENT EFFECTUÉ.
S'en est suivi des échanges par mails avec le service client qui nous indiquent que le colis n'est pas encore envoyé, donc qu'il est temps de modifier le point de retrait UPS pour un plus proche de notre domicile.
Je leur indique que ce n'est pas conforme au contrat de départ car nous avions choisi une livraison à domicile.
Ils ont eu l'audace de me répondre que j'avais choisi une livraison en point UPS et non à domicile.....
J'ai évidemment indiqué que... non... j'avais bien choisi la livraison à domicile et que j'exigeais cette livraison. Depuis, plus aucune réponse de leur part.
Menteur et de mauvaise foi. Pour avoir lu certains avis, je compatis avec les autres clients de ce site plus que problématique, que je ne recommande à personne.

We ordered a pair of sneakers and selected home delivery. We paid for home delivery as well as a €4 surcharge for delivery protection. The total came to €173.95.
The delivery method was changed to pickup at a UPS pickup location 900 km away from the address we provided for delivery (our home). All of this happened without our agreement or consent, AFTER PAYMENT HAD ALREADY BEEN MADE.
This was followed by email exchanges with customer service, who told us that the package hadn’t been shipped yet, so it was time to change the UPS pickup location to one closer to our home.
I told them that this wasn’t in line with the original contract because we had chosen home delivery.
They had the audacity to reply that I had chosen delivery to a UPS location and not to my home...
I obviously pointed out that... no... I had indeed chosen home delivery and that I demanded that delivery. Since then, I haven’t heard back from them.
Lying and acting in bad faith. Having read some reviews, I sympathize with the other customers of this highly problematic site, which I wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

Super stylish, good quality brand, with very good customer service, both in store as well as after-sales.
Products are good, customer service appalling - I placed an order with clear request for home delivery and express UPS, I checked it twice, the confirmation then confirms some supermarket pick-up and no mention of when the hell it might happen.
Update: Patta replied quickly - but with this: ' If UPS can't deliver at your door, they will forward the parcel to a UPS Access point.' But my point is that the confirmation page ignored the request for express delivery and it ignored my address, it also failed to say when the hell the basic delivery service would actually deliver - but you think i should wait and see if/when a 'UPS Access Point' gets the delivery??
I also tried to ask your Soho store if they had stock - no response, no poss of leaving a message ('mesages full'), and your WhatsApp link doesn't work. It seems I'm making a hell of a lot more effort than Patta and getting nowhere!

I came down to the London Store on the 19th August after having a meeting. I live in Manchester so i always make sure i visit before heading back up north.
I love Patta as a brand and what they create. The customer service in store is always 1st class. You are always welcomed and asked if there is anything you may need help with. They are very polite and helpful.
When I came down i was served by Sayeed who was so helpful and friendly. He helped me get the correct size T-shirt for my nephew and was absolutely brilliant. A credit to the store and brand.
Highly recommend Patta in Soho and as a brand.

I had an incredibly frustrating experience with Patta over a limited release order, and I think it’s worth sharing how poorly it was handled.
I ordered some Patta x Nike NRG limited t-shirts, which sold out in minutes. I selected UPS pick-up, as it was heavily advertised during checkout. On the day the parcel was due to arrive, I received an email saying the parcel shop had rejected the package — meaning I never even had the chance to collect it.
I called Patta and was told someone would follow up by email. Over the next two weeks, I was repeatedly told the order would be redirected to a new address I provided. Instead, the package was returned to Patta, with no delivery attempt made at the new address.
Customer service had reassured me that once it arrived back, it would be resent. But once it returned to their warehouse, they did a complete U-turn and told me it was no longer possible, as the stock had already been processed and sold out. Despite earlier promises, all they could offer was a refund.
This situation was caused entirely by the shipping method they offered, yet I was the one left without the items. No safeguards were in place to reserve returned stock, especially frustrating when the mistake was on their side, not mine.
This experience has really soured my view of Patta. They don’t seem equipped to handle customer issues, and once something goes wrong, their only resolution is to refund and move on, regardless of how limited or important the item is to the buyer.
And to be clear, this isn’t a review looking for a generic apology or a templated “we’re sorry for the inconvenience” reply. It’s about holding a brand accountable when customers are let down without proper care or consideration. It shouldn’t be difficult for a company to say, “when this arrives back, save it, it needs to be reposted.” Somehow, even that simple step was beyond them.
Supporters of the brand deserve better.
