I like the prompt response and great service.

Made everything very easy to change my service over.

With the exception of the data plan I was very pleased with my conversion to Patriot Mobile. The credit for existing phone was amazing. I don’t feel that the data plan was explained well enough especially when I gave the details on my current plan. But I’ll live with that one.

I have been in Venezuela for 6 months and I can not turn on WiFi calling. I reported this several times, and sent an email to support that was never answered. I can not make calls to the USA or receive SMS messages that are required to verify many accounts. I am locked out of my Walmart account because I can not receive the SMS

I HATE THE VOICEMAIL PROCEDURE. It takes forever to sift thru my voicemail the way its set up. So annoying and TIME CONSUMING! If I switch carriers, it will be because 100% based on the annoying voicemail setup. Good grief!

staff easy to access when i signed up. the bills are exactly what i was told they would be. we've not had any issues with service... and other than getting my reminder about payments being made, i don't hear from you. no spam texts or emails. you guys are doing a great job. and look at this. a check box that is defaulted unchecked for aditional emails and info from you. who does that? all companies by default check that stuff and we have to hunt and peck to uncheck. honorable opperations

Anyone that I spoke to in the 3 or 4 times I called in to add, change, or even downgrade mine and my wife’s phone service, was very knowledgeable, super respectful, and very happy to help. I have been talking to friends and family members to get them to switch!

We switched to Patriot Mobile after many years of services with another wireless network. Our transition to Patriot Mobile was very easy, highly professional staff and we have been getting excellent customer services including network experience for several months now. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM. Go for this service and you will get excellent service and customer service as well. Switching to PM was the best move we made a few months ago. The transition was easy as well. You will save money and benefit from this wireless network.

Every time I have called with a question I have been greeted respectfully and my concern answered completely,. Love this company. Thank you. English speaking Americans on the other end of my call is really important to me.

It's been good service for us, since we live in the spot with several towers. Previous phone service had trouble connecting to just one. The few times I've had to contact the company everyone has been very knowledgeable and helpful.

When I opened my account, I was told I could use my eSim with any of the 3 cell providers and that I could change to a different one at no cost by calling Patriot Mobile. When I called last week to change to a different cell service provider, I was told I couldn't change my eSim to a different provider. I could only make the change with a physical Sim card. Please educate your staff regarding this issue so as to not mislead customers.
