Outstanding service

The service I received for a repair was outstanding. They came to collect the car and returned it. Repair was spotless. Full valet inside and out. Staff were so lovely and helpful. Communication throughout was excellent. Makes a change getting such great service. I would highly recommend and will use in the future. Thank you Patons.

Car was returned fixed but not happy with the condition inside the vehicle

I was very happy with the repairs on my car however when the car was returned to me it was dirty on the inside of the vehicle. For example mud on the drivers door and inside the boot there was dirty grit all over it. The gear stick also had a noticeable deep scratch on it. I expected the car to return to me in better condition than that.
I also felt the communication was not great when it was getting repaired because I was continually told it was going to be ready for a certain date and it was never ready and when I was told I’d get a phone call back on the day letting me know and I never did which meant I was having to continuously chase it up. However, the receptionist jade was very helpful trying to accommodate me when picking up the car when it was ready.
I would not fault the actual repair done on my car as I was very happy with it, just the other factors I was disappointed with.

My car had been damaged pretty badly by an individual who threw a traffic cone at my car. Paytons repair centre was recommended by my insurance company and I can see why..The service from start to finish from the girl at reception(who was new to the role) was excellent..impressionable, well advised and courteous..The repair job from the team was worth the wait..looked like a brand new car when I collected it.
Great service and excellent job..I would recommend anyone to use this company..

Total chancers of the worst kind avoid please steer clear

Sorry but this was the most unprofessional experience I've had with a company woeful customer experience I've had direct line will need to review this shambles of a so called accredited company please please do not use they are woeful his response says it all you will hear from my lawyer don't try and put the focus back to me your a liar at no time did I call any member of your lady staff any derogatory comment the truth is your a woeful company and will not be bullied into saying otherwise with your response" Lies" review is an accurate description of the service I received take it as constructive criticism instead of lieing in your response once again avoid this deluded man and company at all cost previous reviews don't lie folks go else where

Hi Mr. Lacki, we are sorry to hear about your poor experience. We carried out every aspect of your 2 repairs to the highest standard thus far.
In our original instruction sent by your insurers we were not instructed to repair your wheel as part of the accident, and when you sent in damage photos, you never sent any photos of a damaged wheel, we were, at a later date, then instruced to repair the wheel, which we did in a timely manner.
You seemed to take great offence when a second claim came in while we were in the process of repairing the original claim. A call to verify this, which we though appropriate seemed to cause you great irritation, which we were only verifying, again apologies if this 1 minute 26 second phone call disrupted your day massively. We also recommended a safer route to replace a key to which you were agreeable at the time, however, when the insurers failed to authorise the repairs in a timely manner to yourself, something that is completely out of control on our end, you decided to make a phone call in to us, in which you shouted down the phone repeatedly, causing 2 female members of staff to cry, eventually needing myself to deal with it, referring to one of the female staff as a 'monkey' was also greatly offensive. Again, we apologise for the 1 minute 26 second call to verify the second claim, and we suggest you speak with your insurers as to why they didn't authorise it for 7 days, as we sent them the estimate over on the day we spoke to you and ordered parts on the same day, everything else was out of our control.

Excellent workmanship on paintwork

Excellent workmanship on paintwork. Metalic paint finish was the best repair I have ever seen on any vehicle. Colour and finish was perfect. Curteous and obliging staff, could not have done any more for me, first class from start to finish. Thank you.
