there are some buggs in this game that…

there are some buggs in this game that take hour and hours of ur playtime away when u contact support they say they cant help u u need to go to the forums when u go there u get no answer. why do u have support when they wont even help u in the slightes crazy

Frustrating support experience after account hack

My Path of Exile account was hacked earlier this week. I immediately changed my password and contacted support. They replied once, saying my account was locked “for security” and that I would need to go through a verification process. Since then, I’ve been completely stuck.

I have sent over 10 emails in the past few days (even from another email address) and have only received generic responses telling me not to send follow-ups. Meanwhile, my account remains inaccessible and I’m losing out on a league I was really enjoying.

I understand that support teams are busy, but the lack of communication and transparency is extremely frustrating. It feels like I’m being punished more than the hacker — I lost my items AND now can’t even play the game.

I sincerely hope GGG improves their support process. Right now, this has been a very disappointing experience.

disgusting customer support

I’ve been a loyal player for years and spent money on stash tabs. After the latest update, the game has become nearly unplayable due to server lag and performance issues. Support refuses to respond to individual complaints. This is unacceptable. Either fix your product or refund your users.

I purchased early access for POE2 with…

I purchased early access for POE2 with Lord of Ogham Supporter pack but I received it on another account that was made for the POE 2 and Steam and not the one from POE 1 and I asked for this to be fixed.
The support team hasn’t responded since then.

The way the game introduces itself is…

The way the game introduces itself is incredibly complicated and meaningless for a game that wants to be a successful mmorpg; It just makes you give up from the first 5 minutes of playing. Just too much fuss for a game that's just awful ; Graphics horrible (40 GB for a game that has worse graphics than a 5 GB game), Mechanics just terrible...if i have to give it a note from 1 to 10 be sure will be 1!

Really good game however worst experience ever

Really good game however worst experience ever. Keeps crashing and if you look online everyone is complaining about this as well.

You literally loose your money in game because of this and sometimes you also need to do hard reset which damages the PC.

I dont know why you wont address this?

Great game, bad policies

Great game, bad policies. Bought an MTX, can't refund back the points. Been able to do so before with an MTX I had issues with, but not this time. No consistency. Can't recommend supporting.
