Provata per curiosita' per ben 2 volte, la pasta si spacca tutta gia' nei primi minuti di cottura, non ho continuato a cuocerla e l'ho buttata via,,,

"Dopo aver provato decine di marche di pasta senza glutine, posso dire con certezza che la Rummo è tuttaltro. La differenza principale? La tenuta in cottura.
È l'unica che rimane davvero al dente, consistenza elastica e rugosa tipica della pasta di grano duro. Non scuoce, non diventa collosa e tiene perfettamente il condimento. Un prodotto eccezionale per chi non vuole rinunciare al piacere di un vero piatto di pasta italiana. Ho ritrovato lo stesso piacere, di anni fa con le mezze maniche con fave fresche....Consigliatissima!"
