Obtaining a gift voucher was incredibly fast and simple.

The staff were friendly in the St John Street branch. However the food was not very good. The sauces were quite harsh and tasted pretty much like the type of sauces I had in uni accommodation. Also 12.5% service was high when our plates were not taken away and I had to move them to the next empty table.

Be cautious when using their booking site.
We planned a birthday meal for 5 people on Saturday 11 January and initially asked for 17:30 time slot. I never received confirmation by text or email.
Because of problem with booking my son booked it for 14:30 same day.
We turned up at 14:20 to find restaurant closed.
A text was sent apologising for not opening for lunchtime due to staff illness.
The following day I was charged £50 for no show. On contacting them which has been a long winded affair it seems they had our party down for two bookings. I am still trying to get my refund. Emails and other contact numbers are not recognised. Really poor customer service

We visited from Newcastle on Friday and had the most amazing lunch. The restaurant is small and beautifully decorated and the staff were very friendly and attentive. We shared Pan con tomate to start and I had the Green Velvet Ravioli, which is one of the best dishes I've ever eaten. My other half had the Mac and Cheese, followed by the biscoff doughnuts which are served hot, these are a must! I enjoyed an Affogato and a delicious chocolate orange espresso martini. We thoroughly enjoyed everything we had and will definitely be back when we are next in London. Highly recommend this place to all.

We booked for a birthday celebration on Dec 1st. When we got there the restaurant was closed! We were given no notice there was no notice on the door? Calls and emails have gone unanswered - I have tried all the email addresses on its website. I think it must have gone bust yet it’s still on Instagram encouraging bookings! This ruined our planned birthday celebration and we had no explanation no apology! What’s going on? Don’t treat people this way guys.

I ordered a Gift Voucher online which was a very easy process. However the only downside was when I tried to print it from the ‘print this voucher’ option, it only showed part of the voucher code so I had to copy and paste the whole page into a word document to be able to print it to give as a gift.

Went to the manchester branch and had an absolutely lovely experience. Everyone working there were just wonderful to speak to and the food was incredible. I had the Caspian Sea; the dill worked so well with the shrimp!

We also treated ourselves to the donut balls for desert and these are essential for your order - biscoff filled and now one of my favourite deserts.

Please give this place a chance, I read about this place ages ago but kept putting it off as was unsure if it was worth the price for pasta. It definitely was, there's dishes I haven't tried before (which tasted fantastic) and the restaurant was a relaxed environment, which just made for an incredible night with my friends. One of my new favourite spots to go to in Manchester and can't wait to go back.

I went with my family to celebrate my graduation and was so happy to have chosen this place. I loved the rustic vibes and both the food and drinks were amazing. I’d also recommend getting desert, the little biscoff dough balls were delicious!

Great place in a nice area. The food was tasty and I would definitely recommend for anyone who wants to experience a good vegan pasta place :)

So happy there’s a vegan Italian restaurant in the city. I loved the pasta especially the carbonara!

Wonderful evening for 7 of us. Jerome was the perfect host and food was delicious. Highly recommended for a good value meal. The food is all vegan and very tasty.

The taste is just great. I loved all the dishes I tried. What they’ve done is truly special in helping disprove the thought that vegan isn’t as good and also shows but that it can be a lot better.
