Difficulty placing order - system is not very user friendly. However Management very helpful when I called and went out of their way to sort my issues with their system. They then ensured my order was processed effectively and quickly. I am very happy with the product that has since arrived. I would certainly use them again.
Terrible waste of time. Wish I'd seen the other reviews here before ordering, as I think this website is a scam, and they have no intention of fulfilling orders!
Placed my order on the 6th September, but got no confirmation other than the paypal receipt. I could see my order as pending on their website. Contacted them by email on the 15th and 21st September to ask what was going on, and again using their web form, but got no response at all. Tried contacting them through Paypal and still no reply. Fortunately Paypal refunded in full (just took a week after opening the case).

Spent ~£170 on a raised bed, which I hadn't received by the expected date. Spoke to their customer service staff on multiple occasions, who stated that my query was 'urgent' on each occasion - I stated I would be happy to wait as long as I was given an idea how long it would be. However, had no response from them. Ended up claiming back money via Paypal. Such a shame as had hoped to support a small business.
Don't bother! I placed an order for 3 pots (£350.00) I never received a confirmation e-mail, I didn't receive any response to my phone calls, I didn't receive any response to messages I sent on their 'contact us' form, luckily I paid via PayPal who i'm assuming didn't hear from them either. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!
Nice range of pots. However, I placed an order 5 weeks ago and have not received my pots. Emailed the company but have not received a response or expected delivery date. Beginning to think I’ve been scammed??
