The products arrived quickly

The products arrived quickly. Very well packaged and protected during transport.
The quality of the products is great.
Wish - orders were processed faster, in this case I waited three weeks.
But the products are worth it, I will order again.

Deceptive products

After watching a spokesperson on instagram talk about the beautifully crafted gift box that comes in with wine, truffle honey and cheese, I went to the website to order a box. What I got in was none of the above. I emailed them and was told to read the fine print. So a spokesperson says one thing and the only way to order is by taking a chance on what will come in. A few jars but nothing I wanted. This seems fraudulent to me. I ask them to make this right and they refused to help in the least. I will never buy from this company again. Bad business ,stay away!

No products at all

We placed an order with Passione Toscana over a month ago and have yet to receive anything. There has been no update, no delivery, and no explanation for the delay.

What’s even more frustrating is that they are completely unresponsive. We’ve tried contacting them multiple times by both phone and email, but We haven’t received any reply at all.

This lack of communication and failure to fulfill orders is extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I would not recommend ordering from them based on my experience.

Passione Toscana is a fraud and nothing…

Passione Toscana is a fraud and nothing but trouble. Days after my order, I was contacted by USA Customs because PT had incorrectly filed export/import papers. Then my order was shipped to an incorrect address. My address is correct on the PT website, but someone at PT shipped everything to the wrong. This shipment took 14 days to arrive. Cookies/pastries were damaged & powdery, and the cheese was spoiled, leaking & slimy. I contacted the company several times about these problems, including photos of the damage. Ultimately, they told me nothing was wrong with the products. Instead, they offered me a 15% discount in the future.
I submit that this company fraudulently advertises, and has no intention of quality logistics or standing behind their products.

The claims in your review are false and defamatory, and we will be reporting them. There were no errors in the customs documentation; occasional delays are simply part of the standard verification process.

Regarding the shipping address, we corrected the error immediately once identified, and your order was delivered within 48 hours of our intervention.

We only wish we could share the photos you sent us. The "damage" to the Cantucci consisted of a slightly dented outer cardboard box, which in no way affected the sealed products inside. Furthermore, claiming that the others dry pastries Cantucci have "gone bad" simply because of some natural crumbles is factually incorrect. As for the cheese, the only photo provided showed only a torn label. This specific cheese is aged for 12 months and is perfectly stable at room temperature for extended periods.

Despite purchasing six packs of Cantucci and three cheeses, you requested a full refund based on minor aesthetic issues with only two items. We have already apologized for the address delay and provided a 15% discount code as a gesture of goodwill.

Please enjoy your products, as they are in perfect condition and meet our high quality standards.

Good Product, poor logistics

the product is good, the logistics poor. There was confusion regarding the shipping of the product. The cost to ship was $36. and still FedEx was pestering me for another $25. Ridiculous!

Slow response for shipping order

Slow response for shipping order. We submitted 3 requests to inquire about our order. Once shipped it currently is at customs waiting for release. We hope that the order can arrive without damage and without mold. We want this company to succeed. In conclusion, we have not received our order to evaluate the quality.

Great customer service

My order took a bit longer than expected, due to a back order, but ultimately arrived in time for the party. They responded immediately to my concern and assured me it would arrive by the date of my party. Great customer service and communication.

Misleading Product Presentation


The delivery was smooth and the products arrived safely. However, I was very disappointed with the “Zero Waste Box.”
The product image showed at least two bottles of wine and what appeared to be olive oil or balsamico. Instead, I received three glass sauces, prosciutto, and a small amount of pasta. For €58, this felt very different from what was visually advertised.
Customer service informed me that the picture is “for visual purposes only.” While I understand that contents may vary, the image strongly influences purchasing decisions. A more realistic presentation or clearer disclaimer would prevent misunderstandings.
Improved transparency — and possibly goodwill gestures such as a voucher code in such cases — would strengthen customer trust.
