they make using software easy and quick and give you steps had a hard one and they walked me thru it

Says its free on the website, then once you have downloaded and installed it, it says you need to pay $20 per month to use it.. Really frustrating waste of my time.

Great customer service, speedy response. The services that they have I mean they speak for themselves. Very easy to use also.

Scam Artists.
The biggest Scam artists that I have ever seen. They took out 3 full monthly payments within a spam of 1 week for products that we never agreed upon and now are refusing to refund the money back saying they will give us life time membership of another product. Does this even make any sense????????????????

Great product. Does exactly what it's supposed to do. Excellent service from the team as well when a support ticket was raised.

My daughter forgot her laptop password. Someone tipped me to use Passfab. After downloading and installing, we were all good again. Thanks to Passfab.

***WARNING, PassFab IS A SCAM!!!*** I ordered a 7 Day Free Trial of PassFab Word and cancelled it before the free trial ended and guess what? I was charged for having a subscription before the end of the 7 Day Free Trial. Then, before the end of the 7 Day Free TriaI, I submitted a "ticket" to PassFab requesting them to cancel the subscription and refund the charge to my credit card because the software doesn't work as intended.
PassFab responded, "We're deeply sorry, but I'm afraid refunds are not possible once renewal has been completed."
I replied to this requesting a refund again and attached both the Order Invoice and Subscription Charge Invoice that clearly shows the Date & Time that I canceled the order which was prior to the 7 Day Free Trial deadline. I'm going to Dispute the charge if I don't receive a refund.
Again, ***WARNING, do not order anything from this company. The software doesn't work as intended and they have poor business practices by not honoring the 7 Day Free Trial!!!***

On 06/17/2025 (3 weeks later), PassFab replied:

"Dear customer,
Thank you for letting us know about your recent experience with our software.We regret the inconvenience caused to you.
Based on an event that you have described, we understand the inconvenience. Please provide us the order ID/product name for your purchase to assist you instantly.
We do assist our customers in efficient manner, as soon as we receive the order ID we will guide you further.

Passfab Support Team"

Well, it's too late now to remedy the issue.
***PLEASE READ AND HEED MY WARNING ABOUT THE POOR BUSINESS PRACTICES OF PASSFAB***

We have used this software multiple times, and it has worked like a champ for us and our customers!

They were a very helpful and understanding

PassFab provides the service to reduce my work with efficiency.
I don't need to spend time to find and delete the duplicated messy files.
I'd like to suggest to add a function that I can select a drive not to delete the duplicated files but to delete in the other divers. It helps to manage the files that are not deleted.

Super!!! Very good program.

PassFab was recommended to me as I need to get access to several documents. This saved me hours of recreating documents. Now I have an application as a backup when unable to get access.
