I contacted this Passexperten in the month of Nov 2024. I inquired about their services and the the time lines to get me the Deutsche Passport. They told me that they can get me in 3 months. I Said no, I will not move ahead with you. Now in the month of April I received a Rechnung of 4800 Euros. They did nothing and never contacted me and saying now that I will have to pay. This is the biggest scam in Germany I believe, please stay away from this company.

So far the experience is quite good, especially concerning the prompt reaction to my e-mails and uploads.

My experience with PassExperten has been nothing short of a disaster. They make grand promises at the start, but the moment you need to cancel your contract, you’re met with endless hurdles and outright resistance. Their customer service is unresponsive, and when they do respond, it’s with vague or unhelpful answers that leave you even more frustrated.

I followed their cancellation process to the letter, sending emails and even registered mail for confirmation. Despite this, they dragged their feet, ignored my requests, and kept trying to push me into keeping a service I no longer wanted. It’s as if they’re deliberately making the cancellation process as painful as possible to squeeze more money out of you.

Worse, they seem to prey on customers who don’t thoroughly read the fine print. They hide behind terms and conditions to justify outrageous fees and policies that feel exploitative. It’s clear that their business model relies on trapping customers rather than delivering a quality service.

I strongly advise anyone considering using their services to think twice. If you value transparency, professionalism, and your peace of mind, look elsewhere. Dealing with PassExperten was one of the worst experiences I’ve had with any company.
