I ordered 11 helium bottles but only…

I ordered 11 helium bottles but only…
I ordered 11 helium bottles but only received 2. I paid 322!
I cannot come in contact with them and now it is VERY urgent for me. I do not know if I am forced to buy these other place or if the rest of my order will come in time.
They are not answering my emails or WhatsApp. I do not know if I will get my money back because nobody is answering!

Stay away from this online store!

TERRIBLE shopping experience. I spent around €80. Not only was I not guaranteed the 10% discount on my first purchase, but I was treated terribly by the customer service agent, Ms. Nikki, who rudely responded to my emails without providing any concrete help or support. My order was delivered to a third party without my consent, despite having paid €7,95 for delivery. I emailed Ms. Nikki for days, but she didn't even bother responding. I only found my package thanks to the kindness of the person who received it in error, who was kind enough to look for me and eventually found me!
Some of the items were even damaged. My experience was catastrophic, and I do not recommend this online store. A ZERO STAR rating for their customer service and for Ms. Nikki, who, in my opinion, should find a different job that better matches her qualities. Stay away from this store!

Delivery

my event was on Saturday 1st march. ordered a week before. i was waiting for the delivery since then. i have received my package today. it was mentioned during the checkout that will be delivered in 2-3 days.
