I got scammed and thought I won something and only need to pay the delivery fee, but then I had a Membership. Eugene helped me sending my money back and deleting my membership.

I requested an account closure

I requested an account closure, however they didn’t advise me that there was a cancellation period of 14 days. I then received an email saying my account was being’topped’ up.
I got straight on to live chat and got through to Jas - who explained everything, including that I would receive a cancellation email after 14 days.
I have given 5 stars to Jas but the colleague that took the original cancellation request would only get 1 star.
