I do not recommend and I will not order from party.ch anymore. We had our New Year's Eve without decorations and my child was very disappointed. The delivery did not come on time even though we ordered the items two weeks before - delivery time is still unknown. The customer service mentioned to be understanding because its Christmas time and delays happen but there is no doubt they should be prepared for Christmas and NYE orders and make it clear if the package reaches on time. The website is deceiving when it comes to claims about delivery times.

We completely understand how disappointing it must have been for you and your child when the decorations didn’t arrive in time 😔 No celebration should feel incomplete because of something like this.
You’re absolutely right – busy seasons like Christmas and New Year’s are no surprise, and we always aim to communicate delivery times as clearly and realistically as possible. Unfortunately, delays with shipping providers can still happen despite early ordering, which is of course very frustrating 📦

Please be aware of Retoure costs
If you want a cheap costume with okeyish quality party.ch is correct address. But please be aware, although you order via Swiss domain, retoure will cost you a fortune. So please make sure, you do not send anything back if you are not from Germany. They write this on their Webpage, but due to their very low prices, package going back will be much much more expensive.

This website is not Swiss despite the swiss domain
This website is misleading, it is not a swiss website so you have import duties and if you tried to return something you will realize you will have to pay for shipping outside of Switzerland. Customer service is horrible. If I wanted to have to deal with customs and extra fees I could have ordered from a bunch of other websites outside Switzerland for better choice and prices.

In my opinion stay away
For me after I hit "buy" I discovered quite a few hidden costs that were not apparent for me when I ordered. In my opinion the transparency is not there. It appears that this is not a company located in Switzerland. I ended up paying way more than I expected to and found no easy way to cancel my order.

This site is ridiculous
This site is ridiculous! Despite being "party.ch" and with a Swiss phone number, you still somehow have product imported leaving the customer with additional duties to pay and a slower shipping time. Very misleading. Order from elsewhere!!!

Misleading domain - not a Swiss company - expect extra import duties
The website party.ch is not a Swiss site as they present themselves so if you are in Switzerland and you order from them you will be hit by customs charges. They claim that because this is buried in the terms and conditions this is okay when it is very misleading. Delivery service is fine but knowlingly having a misleading domain and not highlighting even on the postage page that it will be posted from Germany is bad form
