Extreme unprofessional surveyor
I hired them to check the boundaries of my three fences.
The rear fence needed to be replaced, but as I started the job, the rear neighbour began to complain about its ownership, asking me to double fence on my side. Additionally, the fence lacked a clear start or end point, which would make it difficult to determine where it should be placed.
The right fence was in a bad state, and I requested the surveyor to tell me if I could do some work and move the fence to its correct place.
The left fence was not my obligation, and the left neighbour declined to fix it. I asked the surveyor to find out if the left neighbour was responsable, and what can I do about it.
The surveyor looked at the rear fence, took a few pictures and left.
The answer from the surveyor was a brief letter stating that the rear fence was indeed mine, and that was it.
He charged 960 to do all three fences, and I asked for my money back, but he declined.
I also requested to complete the job, but he also declined.
In the end, he returned 267.
The worst quality of service I have ever seen in my life.
