These are the best fitting trousers I have ever had and so comfortable.
I found two pairs The White Room Boutique in Bideford, Devon. Both fitted perfectly. I wondered about other colours and found two on your website.
Again, they fitted perfectly.
Will you be making another more wider lined cou#rduroy? If so, brown, green and grey would be wonderful.
The only problem was the amount of money I had to pay to send them from Europe to the UK.
I landed up paying over £70. So I will sadly not be buying anything directly from your company again.
Very disappointed.

Choosing, buying and returning the dress I bought, was painless. I was disappointed with the dress itself. The material was viscose but it was very shiny like satin or polyester. The model had no shape, too much fabric, the sleeves were 3/4 lengths but felt a bit awkward and the dress length too long for me. I have another PartTwo dress that is my absolute favourite but this one did not live up to my expectations at all.

Do not buy online from this company for delivery to the uk! I received notification my goods were on their way (having already swallowed a hefty delivery fee) only to receive a totally unexpected notification from DHL that there would be an additional £100+ import duty to pay! Part Two then advised me I could ask DHL to return the goods, which I did. Part Two have refunded me, though I have lost out both on the exchange rate and the extortionate delivery fee of course. However, I have now received an invoice from DHL for the £100 important duty anyway. Part Two didn’t tell me I’d still have to pay the import duty if the goods were sent back. I’m hoping this is an error, but not sure. Part Two customer service have not been helpful at all. Never experienced anything like this buying online before, but Part Two behaved as though this was totally normal “because of Brexit”… Avoid!!

Horrible return policy. Making it as difficult as possible for the consumer, having to print and glue a return lable etc.
I bought a pair of trousers in a shop in Ireland. With a couple of wears the seams fades white and began to rip. The has not been washed. I emailed customer services and was emailed back very curtly by Wendy to be told to bring them back to the store. I don’t live near it. Part two have an online store I I expected that they would send a replacement (I sent pictures in my email). Very poor quality and even worse Customer support from a well known brand.
Jesus - after reading your reply I can only ask that someone from your company that has a brain - (and can understand company quality procedures and what a customer should expect from a product they bought) - Read your response and ask yourself what muppet wrote that as a response!!! All they did is repeat what I said and said to return it to the shop I don’t live near at all. IT IS NOT A SHOP ISSUE - YOU MADE THE POOR QUALITY PRODUCT !!!! Unless of course some elves in the shop deliberately undid some seams ??
Make better products and do better Quality controls and returns processes ffs !!!

I bought a pair of trousers this month - nice linen blend. Fell apart after a couple of wears - not washed - seams faded and ripped. Contacted Part two customer service (with pictures) and they (Wendy) said I need to bring back to retail shop - which I don’t live near at all. Part two are the brand and they should take responsibility for the quality of their product. All I wanted was a replacement as they have online shipping. Terrible quality of product and customers service.

After 4 weeks the package had arrived in their warehouse - still no news, now return. Don’t recommend to buy anything directly from Part Two. If you like the brand buy on Amazon, Zalando and so on, where it’s easy to return.
The most horrible customer service I have experienced with a Danish company. You get order confirmation but that means nothing if a product is unavailable on the day of shipping they simply don't send it but they also don't notify you via email I have talked to customer seevice and he word that best describes them is hostile, aggressive and uncooperative. Will buy their products on Zalando in the future.
It is easy to buy from Parttwo.dk. Shipping is fast and convenient. However, I just want to make you aware that their 100% free return policy is not entirely 100% in my opinion. With your delivery you get a pre-paid return stamp, so you do not need to pay anything at the post office. However - after returning an entire order, I did not get the whole refund - my refund was minus DKK 59, which are their shipping cost. After contacting the customer service about this I got the following answer:
" Regarding your request; We have free return policy; it means we send you, a pre-paid label to return the item, in case you want to return the item. However; it is compulsory to pay shipping charges in all the orders. We do apologise for the inconvenience"
So, all in all it is quite all right to deal with them, just be aware that you will always have to pay DKK 59 even if you return your items.
