You're right to flag this — the estimated ship window listed at checkout should be clear about what it covers. When an order is placed, we're estimating up to 10 business days to process the item — ie: pulling the part, inspecting it, and getting it ready to ship — and we estimate that timeframe as best we can. On this one, it looks like we should have allowed more time for that process, and we understand how that gap in expectations, especially when it affects your own customer commitments, is a real problem.
