Great Service and Deals.

Excellent service.

"I recently ordered garland burners PartsFPS and I am beyond impressed with the service I received. Not only did they give me a great deal on the products, but they also went out of their way to reduce the shipping cost. When one of the burners arrived broken, they immediately sent two replacements for free! Crappy business

Crappy business. Website says parts in stock it's a crock of crap. Parts aren't in stock and they don't say a damn thing to notify you that they can't complete your order. I hope they go down the shitter.

SENT ME A WRONG PART / TOTAL SCAM

I got sent a different part than the one I bought, and customer support insisted it was the right part.

They then tried to make me send it back with my own money?

Total joke of a company, very rude customer service please do not buy with these guys. Had to chargeback my credit card after I sent the part back and they didn't refund me.

DO NOT TRUST WEBSITE. ITS NOT IN STOCK

ordered Linear Actuator for Garland Part# CK4530036.
Web site say in stock. Email later says as quote from email "Thanks for your order. The items you ordered are not in stock. It may take around 3-4 weeks to get these items in stock and ship it to you.

Please let us know if you can wait for 3-4 weeks and back order the items or you want to cancel the order and get a refund."
Recheck website. Still states it in stock.

My part arrived as I could see it was…

My part arrived as I could see it was previously used somewhere else by the debris on it and it was also all twisted in the shipping bag like a pretzel. Magnetic door seal was broken in several areas. Pictures were requested by parts fps, pictures were sent, never received any return reply. The door seal was only $32.00 plus freight. I will no longer use fps as I have in the past.

Recent Order for Legs

I ordered back in November and the package got lost with UPS. Apparently two packages were sent and I received one package that was a partial order. After waiting weeks for the second package to arrive I did a follow-up by phone and was told it was sent. They told me to wait. After waiting for another few weeks I emailed and they said I had received the package. They sent me tracking numbers and I told them only one package arrived. They finally realized one package didn't arrive and gave me a credit within a week.

I had to reorder and the second order arrived (both packages).

Sent wrong parts, didn't fix the problem

We ordered 6 parts for an urgent oven door repair. Instead, we were shipped a temperature probe for an ice machine. Not helpful.

This company is unreachable by phone. They responded to emails eventually, usually in the middle of the night, after being informed that I was going to dispute the charge with our bank. And even then, instead of just giving us a refund for the parts they never sent us, or better yet sending us the parts we ordered and urgently needed, they sent us a return label to send them back their ice machine probe.

All in all it was a big waste of our time, and we had to go to our bank to get our money back. Order from someone reputable and don't waste your time with these guys.

Great Parts Store

Parts were correct, packed well and arrived on time. Only reason I used a 4 star was I have sent an email with questions for additional parts and no response for two weeks. Telephone number works but no answer . Otherwise I would have gave a 5 star
