Great tuturor!
What made my experience truly exceptional was my tutor, Abigail Ward. As someone whose first language isn’t English, I never imagined I would complete my Level 3 in Care on time—let alone ahead of schedule. Abigail’s outstanding skills made all the difference. She tailored her approach to my needs, explained everything with clarity, and supported me every step of the way.
I can’t speak for the whole company, but if everyone is even half as dedicated and skilled as Abigail, I would recommend them with complete confidence.

Great Experience
I had my level 4 with Helen Adams and it was fantastic. She was very helpful . She always made sure to communicate with me and provided me with the needed assistance to help me understand the topic. She will have one to one meetings with me. She'd provide reading materials to help me broaden my scope. She made the lesson practical and always welcome contributions. She made the learning journey fun, great and successful. Overall, a very positive learning experience!

Amazing tutor
Chloe Hughes my tutor is absolutely amazing! I had a different tutor at the beginning of the Level 4 and was really behind, Chloe got me caught up and I actually completed all the work in just over 10 months. I had my EPA a year and one week from starting the qualification, which i passed with a triple distinction! I honestly can't thank Chloe enough for her time, patience and explaining everything in detail that I could understand. Thanks again Chloe

The most supportive company to study with. Jayne was my tutor who supported me through-out - after tackling a very difficult year personally , she was always there for me and made reasonable adjustments where possible. Raquel was thorough and brilliant with my EPA prep and was so supportive throughout this journey too. Amazing tutor
As I want to keep this review positive I will focus on my tutor. This has been one of the most difficult journeys of my life and especially trying to prepare for the endpoint assessment which was often stressful. Throughout the year of studying my tutor was a great support to me, as she took an interest in my personal life, well being and difficulties at work. My tutor believed in me and would stretch me to reach my ability in our sessions. My tutor prepared me well for my end point assessment and when my job and preparation became too much and I was ready to postpone my assessment, she was there for me. I could not have achieved a distinction without her support and dedication to her job.

I really think i had the best tutor to help me though my level 3 business admin. Gemma Eku you are truly the best.
