Very Dissatisfied Customer
Although the quality of the partitions we ordered was very good, I would never recommend this company due to the fact I spent over $10,000.00 on partitions and the order was missing several parts.
When I contacted Partition King for my missing parts they did realize a few of them were missing, however ten of the parts that were missing they would not send to me and I ended up having to pay an additional $818 for these parts.
My advice to you would be to take your business else where.

My name is Lee. I’m the Manager of Partition King.
First and foremost, we sincerely apologize for any issues that may have occurred. We absolutely hate to hear that a customer is unhappy with our services and we have complete empathy for any frustrations that you experienced.
The following is the sequence of events that unfolded:
Originally, you reported some hardware items as missing from the original partition shipment. We promptly had our manufacturer send out the requested hardware replacements at no charge via FedEx Ground.
When this replacement shipment was received, you all claimed that there was a specific part missing from this shipment. However, we provided a checked off parts list (from our manufacturer’s shipping department) that verified that this part was sent in the replacement shipment.
Nonetheless, we sent the requested part to you all a second time, free of charge.
All items originally requested were replaced, and one item was replaced more than one time.
After all of these requested replacements were requested and received, we received another inquiry a few days later from you requesting some additional hardware items.
Again, we spoke to you all and provided a checked off parts list again and asked you all to verify your inventory on hand on the jobsite.
We conversed with Jane from your team, who was going to converse with the project manager and installers who were on the jobsite installing room by room to check all hardware and inventory at the jobsite.
Next, we heard from Jane is that she wanted to request a quote for these parts.
We then provided a quote for these requested hardware items, and you all paid for the items – which is the origin of this complaint.
We provided evidence of parts being sent, replaced items more than once free of charge, and communicated as promptly as possible throughout this entire correspondence.

The website was user friendly. Partition King support staff was helpful and quick. Pricing was affordable. The partitions themselves were shipped and delivered on time. They came in good condition. They only thing that was an issue, only (1) door handle came with the partition instead of (2).

A better option than hiring a…
A better option than hiring a contractor. I ordered 5 stalls for our church through Partition King. A DIY install saved us close to $5,000. Overall we are pleased with our experience, though we had our challenges at times. We had a few issues that we had to work around. 1. We paid for lift gate delivery, yet the lift gate was to small to deliver the pallet. 2. Extra shipping fees if going to a church, among others, which is stupid. 3. We upgraded to SS hardware. Our hardware did not match our instructions so we had to spend lots of time on google to figure out how to install these. (Our first time). We had a bunch of L brackets and our instructions called for U brackets. We finally figured it out.
The product itself is VERY well made. Packaged carefully and the price was excellent. These should last for years!
