Excellent service
I was struggling place an order for 2 vouchers on-line. The system seems well set up for deliveries but less intuitive for ordering vouchers. However, the customer service I received was fantastic and it was soon resolved.

Your website used to be excellent but…
Your website used to be excellent but now it's really poor. I went through the steps to book the collection for 4pm on 23 December, but when I got through to payment all it said was pickup at 4pm, no mention anywhere of the date and no way to confirm that it has understood that date. So I had to gamble and click Pay anyway, and it did come after I'd paid saying 23rd. But then it also showed on that same screen a map with a pin saying "pickup address" but it was my home address, not the store address. Seems a lot more effort has been put into the upselling on the website - constant "did you forget this?" and "before you go what about this?" prompts rather than good user experience.
