On the Parnis website, My order stayed unfulfilled for 48 hours. I emailed Amy C about this. She responded back to me the next day and indicated I would still get my order on time. 3 days later my watch arrived at my front door. Outstanding customer service!

Lovely People to Deal With

These watches won't long they are a contender with some of the very big brands!

I just purchased from Parnis and have to say the whole experience was first class.

I spoke with many traders in my hunt for a very particular watch. Most were standoffish and difficult to deal with, unwilling to answer even basic questions. Maggy at Parnis by comparison were brilliant. Friendly and accommodating.

The watch arrived very quickly and completely exceeded my expectations. Truly delighted.

Here's my 2 cents after my 3rd purchase:
Fantastic value for money!

It really is pity that their marketing and promotional content is so weak (should I say inexistent?) but I guess that pays off on the price of their products which is an absolute bargain.

Just for the sake of a comparison I have owned 2 Tag Heuer: 1 Carrera CV2A10 & 1 Tag Link Chrono.
All I can say is that my Parnis GMT is both more accurate and reliable than any of those 2 TAGs.

Currently the Parnis GMT is consistently at about -4 +4 seconds per day, which is better than what I ever got on either one of the TAGs.
Needless to say that the Parnis costs under 150 USD and the Tags 15x as much, at over 3,000 USD.

I've been buying from their official website and managed to establish a good relationship with 1 of their sales reps (Hey Kate :) which has made the whole process even smoother.

Overall, extremely happy with the purchase and will be pulling the trigger on a PARNIS DAYTONA very soon!

Recently purchased an ocean blue from Parnis. Really impressed with the watch. I have a number of high end Swiss watches and the quality of the watch v cost is very impressive. V happy with my purchase and will buy again.

I have been collecting mechanical watches for the past eight years or so, always searching for the most accurate, best built, and all around best value for the money watch. I now own three or four that are close to perfection with the only hitch being lack of accuracy that is acceptable to me, which is plus or minus 5 seconds per 24 hour period. A bit over a year ago I ordered a Parnis Pilot watch, mainly because the looks appealed to me and the price seemed to be very low compared to the anticipated high quality of the watch. This Parnis is my only watch that keeps time consistently perfect. I wind this watch daily and never have to re-set the time. Having a mechanical watch with the accuracy of a quartz watch is what I have been searching for ever since I started
collecting mechanical watches. This is not just stroke of luck, I have found, because I bought a 2nd Parnis Pilot for my cousin and this watch also, has been accurate to the second. If you are looking for that "perfect" watch at a great price, check out the selection of Parnis watches. You will be amazed.

Parnis.org changes their domain name in order to hide from bad reviews. Their claims that all their watches are the equals of Swiss watches costing several hundreds of pound - false, most are supplied with cheap Sea-Gull movements.

They also claim that all of the watches they supply meet ISO3159 - this appears to be little more than marketing hype. I purchased a Parnis 'Vacheron' which ran eratically and well outside the ISO standard - they refused to adjust it under warranty. In fact, they refused to reply to several emails about this after their first reply which said that the errors I saw were 'acceptable' for a watch costing $100 and well within the standards set for a Miyota or Seiko (which are not ISO certified) - thus proving their claim to be false.

Parnis.org also try to scare buyers into believing that they are the only reliable source of Parnis watches, and that any Parnis watch from a different seller will be very substandard, unlubricated, base metal, etc; this is untrue. Their watches are also much more expensive than those from other sellers, so they have periodic discounts and 'sales' to give the illusion of keen prices.

I have 6 'Parnis' watches and apart from the 'Vacheron' they are actually pretty good. But only two came from Parnis.org - four others were bought from reliable, trusted eBay sellers at a much lower price..

Some photos on the Parnis.org website suggest that watches will be delivered in a nice wooden box - but they are not (a footnote explains 'packaging may vary').

The Parnis.org sales and support team can take well over a week to reply to enquiries. This may be due to the sheer volume of emails they receive. Not all of their emailled information about movements is accurate - when this is questioned they just stop replying to emails.

Initially I thought Parnis.org was 100% trustworthy, but now I have seen the light.

Accidentally ordered two watches by mistake, and customer service took care of me within the hour! Excellent customer service like this definitely helps assure me that i made the right purchasing decision.

This is my first Parnis watch and I'm fairly impress with the build quality. Granted there are some flaws but for the price point I've paid it's really minimal. I do wish the lume on my Militare 34 can be better and hope Parnis can have options to offer better lume on these watches. The delivery to California, USA, was really fast as I ordered on 12/22 and received the watch on 12/27. All in all I'm very happy with my purchase so far and hope this watch will last for a while
