Parms is a landscaping company that provided weed control and fertilizer services to me for many years. Parms provided an excellent product. This summer (July 25) my lawn had several areas of crabgrass so when the guy came I met him to point out the areas of concern - I did this as they use a machine and the areas would need to be hand sprayed due to the locations. He assured me the problem would be taken care of. Several weeks passed and crabgrass was still very evident. Parms policy was if you are not satisfied give them a call and they will came back. I messaged them 7/23/25 to let them know and asked it be taken care of. 7/28 I again asked crab grass be addressed and received a message from Matt Parm the owner. I did not see the message until after he came to my property (when I was home but he did not let me know he was there - we could have walked the property together) and took a video walk of my property which he shared. 7/30/25 I let him know my areas of concern are still a concern and that I would take care of it myself-things got real ugly after this. Because Parms did not take care of my crab grass and I offered to do it, he cancelled all future business and had some not pleasant comments. I cannot understand how something so simple escalated into such a huge deal. His lack of professionalism astounds me.
