I have ordered several items from this company now. Most recently I received three plastic hexagon tables for the patio at our Municipal Beach House. They look fantastic and I couldn't be more pleased. When we initially received them we were missing two small pieces necessary to complete them. I called Debbie and had them the very next day, WOW! I couldn't believe it. I am so happy we discovered Park Warehouse because they have a huge selection and are priced better than their competitors. I look forward to doing business with them for many years to come.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE-THREATENED TO CANCEL ORDER AND CHARGE ME A FEE!!!!!!! Ordered 4 custom (blue) bollards. Online says 3 week delivery time for this custom product. After 4 weeks I called and went through 2 customer service reps with neither calling me back after they said they would when they looked at my order. I obviously knew there was a problem. I called back and asked for a manager. They said they would call me back and when they did I found I was on the line with multiple people in the room. They tried telling me that custom orders take longer. Okay why does the website say 3 weeks AND they told me there would be a stocking fee if I cancel. Wouldn't it be great customer service if they just said sorry and immediately got my order finished??? They said it would be another 3 weeks but probably 2 since I am needing them. Guess what?? 4 weeks later they send them. TOTAL 9 weeks. I will NEVER buy from them again and NEVER recommend them with every chance I get!!!!!!!!!!

The ordering processing and customer service were great. When the deliver came to our community center, the delivery driver had no way of getting the tables (5 in total) off of the truck. We do not have a lift on site and I wish we would have been told at time of delivery that we would need to rent a lift to move the tables that were in excess of 300 lbs a piece.
