Rip off - It doesn't deserve a star

It doesn't deserve a star - I had to give it one star in order to rate it. I also wonder how the Federal Motor Transport Authority can pass on private data to such a dubious company... I also received a payment request for €40 today after 6 Months!! even with penalty when I have never received a letter before... Mafia!!

Park Vision

I've been a client of Park Vision for over ten years.

Throughout this time I've only ever witnessed and received the highest professional care. This is from the initial welcome, through the eye test to selecting glasses and the associated aftercare - all this and coffee too!

Early diagnosis has helped me avoid a debilitating sight problem. Thank you Park Vision.

You know the saying "you should have gone to Specsavers"? Well I have to disagree! Since being introduced to Michelle at Park Vision some 4 years or more ago I wouldn't want to go anywhere else. Not only is the service amazing but every frame I've chosen has looked like no other and exuded quality and class. Ok so it may be more expensive but price per wear...

Mum has been suffering with her eyes for years. Glaucoma runs in the family and mum has regular check ups and she's also had cataracts in both eyes and had them operated on along with laser treatment for pressur, as she has alzheimers so remembering to put her drops in wasn't an option.

I took mum to Park Vision with me this time as I felt it was necessary as I wanted someone I trusted to give me a second opinion well 3rd to be honest. Eye casualty said there was nothing wrong with her eyes despite her complaining she could see less and less. Her consultant had left so I had to really push to get her an appointment with another and he said there was some scaring from her op but not too bad and maybe glasses would help so an appointment was made.

Michelle made mum feel at ease and really listened to what she had to say. Mum always says she ok and nothings wrong but this is exacerbated by the Alzheimers. Michelle took the time to pick apart her answers and get a good feel for what was really going on. The tech then came into its own and it wasn't long before Michelle could see exactly what was wrong. The Cateract operation had faltered and she needed a blast with laser to break down some build up to regain her sight. The extent of the issue was plain for me to see on the screen as a layman so how on earth a consultant at the hospital had missed it the week prior was beyond me and Michelle. She wrote me a lovely referral letter and then it was left for me to push to get the treatment.

I sat in the restaurant yesterday and mum picked up the menu and began to read for the first time in 6 months when we got home she put on her glasses and said, "wow look at all this I can see all sorts". She went in to the living room and read off the days guide. I've never heard anyone so excited about reading homes under the hammer before. Michelle has given mum her quality of life back what price can you put on that. Thank you Michelle 🙏🏼❤

Disappointment

As an engineer, I am disappointed that your system is so bad… I suggest you employ better engineers who have more knowledge of video processing.
