My experience was EXCELLENT, and I write it in capital letters because it truly was.
I booked the valet parking service, and due to personal reasons, I was running very late. Thanks to their outstanding service, I was able to catch my flight. If I had known about this before, I would have used it long ago since I travel often.

This service is the best choice — affordable, comfortable, and fast. Before, with other companies, I had to drive to a parking lot, wait for the shuttle bus, and then go to the airport, which took time and patience (especially when the bus was delayed). With this service, you go straight to your chosen location, they pick up your car, and you don’t have to worry about anything until you return your car will be exactly where you left it.

Horrible experience with the parking that we booked and we did not had this review online.
Horrible. You have to arrive early because there’s only one 6-seat shuttle for everyone, and the parking lot is closed when the shuttle is out (you can easily wait 30 minutes before it comes back if it just left). On the way back, you’ll definitely have to wait. The staff are super nice, but their working conditions are terrible. The parking lot isn’t really monitored, and I even think my car was broken into! Stay away.

Absolutely Terrible Valet Parking Experience – Avoid at All Costs!

We booked valet parking expecting convenience, but what we got was chaos and unprofessional behavior. First, we were told to call 20 minutes before arrival so they could meet us at the departure hall. However, when we called, they suddenly told us to drive to a gas station instead — definitely not what valet parking is supposed to be.

Once we arrived at the gas station, we had to wait at least 15 minutes before anyone showed up. And when they finally did, the tone was immediately aggressive. Apparently our Nissan Qashqai is considered a “SUV” and we were told we needed to pay 20 euros extra on the spot. No explanation, no transparency, just rude demands.

Unfortunately, the bad service didn’t end there. When we returned, the communication was just as unpleasant and unprofessional. No courtesy, no service mindset, just the feeling that we were an inconvenience to them.

Do yourself a favor: DO NOT use this valet parking service. Completely unreliable, rude, and absolutely not worth the stress.

I had an absolutely dreadful experience with Parking Zaventem and their shuttle service. If I could give them zero stars, I would. The communication was terrible; there was no clear information about the shuttle's location. The shuttle was already late for both my arrival and departure, but the worst part was when I called for pick-up. After waiting for 1.5 hours, the driver never even showed up! This caused me a lot of stress and frustration. I strongly advise against using this service if you want a reliable parking experience.

J'ai eu une expérience absolument désastreuse avec Parking Zaventem et leur service de navette. Si je pouvais leur donner zéro étoile, je le ferais. La communication était terrible ; il n'y avait aucune information claire sur l'emplacement de la navette. La navette était déjà en retard à la fois à mon arrivée et à mon départ, mais le pire, c'est que lorsque j'ai appelé pour le ramassage, j'ai attendu 1,5 heure et le chauffeur ne s'est même pas présenté ! Cela m'a causé beaucoup de stress et de frustration. Je déconseille fortement d'utiliser ce service si vous voulez une expérience de stationnement fiable.

Easy to reach the place and check in. Direction to the parking was not so clear so I ended up at the exit when I realised I should have parked. Thankfully I could park there and hope no one hit my car in the way out. Wait for the shuttles buses - to airport and back-was minimal. Checking out was really easy, very friendly staff who were happy to help

The instructions were clear. Easy parking and good shuttle service.

Everything went ok. Arrived at the parking, was quickly taken to the airport. On the return the shuttle was at the agreed location for pickup.

The worse service imaginable. The driver did not speak English and started shouting in French on the way back to the parking. He was nervous because he could not find my car. Never again.

Everything was fine upon arrival and parking our car. When returning from holiday, I phoned the shuttle service as per the advice received. The guy I spoke was incredibly rude and spoke so unclear that I really had trouble hearing him. Eventually, the guy hung up the phone saying I should delete his service. I tried to phone again but he would not answer. Luckily, I managed to run to the shuttle bus before leaving, when asking if he is the shuttle sevice, again so rude! I really find this unacceptable!!!!!

The shuttle bus made us wait too long. They didn't take us according to our reservation. We waited stupidly both on the way out and on the way back. Don't buy it just because it's cheap parking. I won't make the same mistake again.

The staff is helpful and accessible

We arrived at the Parking called PARKLINE near Brussel Charleroi Airport booked on Parkos, no shuttles, the two telephone number doesnot work, nobody to see at this place. One customer was already waiting 30 minutes and did not see any shutlle bus. Because we arrived later then booking time ( imagen 3 hours of driving and delay that happens all the time) we cannot claim any cost. Parkos dont care if the phone doesnot working and that there no one showing up. No Service and the came up with all the articles numbers blablabla. On the website they claim every 5 minutes a shuttlebus. This was a scam and we where there with 10 other people who have to booked on expensive parking at P1/P2/P3/P4 at Brussel Charleroi. Was very stressfull and never expierence this at 25 years of traveling. 60 euros gone for nothing :( Bookingsnumber FDGB485

shuttle was not for free - 15€ one way,and back I don’t know how much because we have waited 2 hours for driver and he didn’t come,so we’ve taken a taxi for 30€..First and a last time,next time we gonna pay more but will leave oure car in airport parking,doesn’t matter how much will cost .

I had an extremely disappointing and stressful experience with Parkos that I feel other travelers urgently need to be aware of.

Booking dates: 13 October – 5 November 2025 (23 days)

Amount paid in advance: €165.98

Booking confirmed for 15:30 on 13 Oct (arrival time)

Due to unavoidable roadworks, I arrived at 18:15 — still well within the 23-day period I had already paid for in full.

When I arrived:

The gate was unmanned.

I called the listed number — no answer.

When someone finally arrived, they refused to even look at my printed booking.

I was bluntly turned away and told, “You’re not on the list.”

I had no choice but to rush to park elsewhere at the airport, with unknown cost, risking missing my flight.

📧 Parkos Customer Service Response (Quoted Directly):

“We understand that due to roadworks you arrived later than planned. However the car park expected you to arrive at 15:30, as indicated in your booking… Given that you arrived almost 3 hours later, we are unfortunately unable to process your request… We regret that we are unable to issue a refund.”

They also suggested I try my travel insurance, essentially avoiding all responsibility.

❌ Why This Is Not Acceptable:

I paid for 23 full days of parking starting at 15:30 on Oct 13.
Arriving 3 hours later should not void the booking — especially with no clause clearly stating that.

No refund. No service. No support.
I received nothing for the money paid, despite showing proof of booking.

Parkos is hiding behind their partner’s refusal, instead of owning their responsibility as the platform I paid through.

⚖️ Legal Breach:

I’ve now formally informed Parkos that they are in violation of:

Dutch Civil Code (Art. 6:74 / 6:265): A company that takes payment and fails to deliver is in breach of contract.

EU Directive 93/13/EEC: A term that voids your booking without clearly stating it, and keeps your money, is unfair and unenforceable under EU law.

Parkos has ignored this legal argument in their replies and offered no further action or escalation.I do not write reviews lightly. But I want others to know: if something goes wrong with your booking, Parkos may keep your money and leave you stranded.

I hope they choose to make this right — but so far, it’s clear they’re protecting their partner, not their customer.

I booked parking via Parkos and returned earlier than planned. I informed the parking provider immediately, but Parkos refused even a partial refund or goodwill voucher, citing that once a trip has started, no changes are possible. I acted in good faith and within reason, but their policy is very rigid. Disappointing experience for a regular traveler.

I’m really impressed with how well Parkos has everything organized. The website is easy to use, with plenty of options to find a good parking spot near Schiphol Airport. Prices are clear, the process is smooth, and the instructions are straightforward. It’s great to have so many reliable choices in one place — highly recommended!
