We had a place in the garage. We thought that we could skip the "line to pay" and could leave the garage becuase we made the reservation and already have paid. We found out at the exit that we had to check out before drive to the exit. At that moment we did not make a lot of friends in this garage.

Accesso: al tuo arrivo ritira il ticket, recati all'Infopoint con la tua prenotazione ParkingMyCar e il ticket per validare il tuo ingresso e ricevere il biglietto per utilizzare il parcheggio. Se il personale non è momentaneamente presente puoi contattare il Servizio Clienti Saba, attivo 24h/24, tramite il citofono presente sulle casse automatiche."
Which translates as:

They are having same name as other parking, and once claimed the mistake they didn't want to return the payment, I didn't use the parking, and they promised to return the payment for the booking. I do not recomend. This is not the approach I immagine to have towards the clients or potential clients.

The name and address of the car park are clearly stated and easily accessible both in the ‘Dettagli’ section of the offer page and during the booking process, as well as on the booking confirmation page.
Furthermore, the name of the car park you have chosen is clearly visible in the confirmation email. The same email contains instructions on how to download the app and view the voucher, which includes information on how to reach and contact the car park.
Furthermore, the voucher can also be opened directly from the confirmation email by clicking on ‘Voucher in formato PDF format’, a link found in the 'Gestisci la tua prenotazione dall’app’ section, next to the QR code for downloading our app.
We regret being discredited in this way, as we make the booking conditions clear from the outset. At ParkingMyCar, we are constantly committed to offering the best service at the best price and always protecting our customers, from whom we ask only that they consult the information we make readily available during the search for offers, at the time of booking and after the booking has been made.
We also believe it is essential to clarify that the refund was never confirmed by our portal, which is a completely separate company from the car park booked.

Easy to book and near the city center
We booked 40 min in advance as we were scared not to enter ztl in Bologna unauthorised. The garage filled in the form and we were able to drive in the ztl area. They charge 6 eur par hour or 35 eur for overnight stay in the garage. Not cheap but better than 100 eur fine for driving in the ztl area.

Booking: simple process
The booking process was straightforward, and the responses/confirmations were received almost immediately.
Unfortunately the PDF confirmation voucher did not include details of the payment.

We made an awesome experience when…
We made an awesome experience when using the parking for our ferry / visit to lipari. Salvatore was very thoughtful and friendly, we just left the car at the service point. On arrival at the end of our stay we got a free shuttle to the parking lot. Wonderful and easy

I will never self park ever again.
They called me to check on arrival time. They told me to call them back when I reached the airport so they could give me good directions. They explained everything perfectly. I will never leave my car in a lot ever again. This experience was so easy and pretty much the same price as the self park lot.

ZTL restrictions…
I did not see the ZTL restrictions mentioned anywhere during the booking process and, as far as I understand, ParkingMyCar doesn't announce the license plate to the authorities. As such, you risk booking without being able to actually go to the parking :(
For the Rome ZTL, electric / hybrid / hidrogen cars can get an exemption at romamobilita.it. HTH.

Therefore, in order to retrieve your booking number, if it exists in our database, and verify the information you have provided, as we are unable to locate your profile, we would ask you to send us the details of your booking. Please send these to info@parkingmycar.it.
We would also like to clarify that, on our platform, the presence of a restricted traffic zone (ZTL) is clearly indicated in the ‘Details’ section, which can be viewed on the page for each offer.
This section, and subsequently the confirmation voucher, also sets out the operating rules for this ZTL and any access management procedures applied by the selected car park – a car park which, we would like to point out, is not ParkingMyCar, as we are merely an intermediary.
Usually, in the city of Rome, it is necessary to comply with the ZTL operating hours as, unfortunately, the Municipality of Rome has NOT granted car parks the authority to authorise access for their customers.
We look forward to your kind response and, should you not have used our services, we would ask you to remove this review.

The communication with the owner was impossible, only in italian and even If you can speak italian he s no abble to listen to you or make an effort to be understood. We have spent 15 minutes to leave the car waiting for him and 30 min to take it back.
