I could not use the credit card that I pay all my bills with. I'm on the phone with customer service now and they say that the system has not been able to take new cards, or cancel out old cards. That we'd need to do a dispute with our credit card company. All I'm trying to do is change credit cards.
It's just a parking app but it works and does what it's supposed to.
As I've said in a previous review the Passport App I use at other stops is easier for my purposes but I realize you have an app which seems to have more of a national scope
For example when I search for parking, I have to find the location, then pick a time in and out (not needed where I park as you're good for the day), then it goes to the map where I have to choose the location again although in my area there's nothing else nearby, click the red "pin", and then I can finally pay.
In my other app, many fewer clicks to get to the same thing.
I like the option of being able to pay by text. However, it would have been great to have the option of paying by cash at the machines as well.
