Your signs contradict each other. Then I was unable to add more time thru the app. And then, I was charge "convenience" fees for the inconvenience.
I love the convenience of being able to pay on the app and also just driving in and parking my car.

Parking was fine
Parking was fine. It was way too expensive for 6 hrs to park there. $25 was insane to have to pay. I was absolutely furious to get a parking violation when I got back to my car telling me I owed $60 for parking at a reserved spot that was not marked as a reserved spot. These people have tried this on me before and I have already reported them to the BBB. After disputing this violation that there was no sign saying reserved they did remove the violation. Which never should have happened. Watch out for this company. They are scammers. SP parking are a horrible company.

Extremely expensive
Extremely expensive, awful parking lot- hard to maneuver, small parking spaces. And no one just recommends a parking lot to a friend so this survey is unnecessary. I received too many unprompted emails/ text notifications about this unnecessary survey

I paid the max amount to park
I paid the max amount to park. Then I got a $75 ticket even though I paid the max amount to park.
Shouldn't park here. This company is used to stealing money from people.

Spots not labelled well
I parked in a spot that apparently was reserved, but the signage was not obvious at all and it looked like the spot was just labeled as #6. Not clear at all that this was a reserved spot...

So expensive.... wouldn't have used it if I didn't have to. Find street parking if you can

Not a Fan at all, it was horrible
I reserved parking for 4 hours it costed me 25 dollars. Turns out it was a flat fee no matter how many hours you pick. The time was 10 PM my parking expired in 20 mins but I couldn't move my car so I thought I would pay for another hour. But that costed me 25 dollars. If I would have know it was flat fee I would have registered my car for the entire night.

I just got a ticket because your app didn’t put the time correctly but I paid for the time. And I had to call twice last week because the app tried to do that two times before and I fought it. So there is something wrong with your app and now I’m trying to reconcile my ticket with the parking place thanks!
