Do not park in this deck if you are going to Protective Stadium!! We paid $30 to park here and there was one way out, it took almost an hour to get out of the deck. No one was directing traffic but gladly took our $30!! We wil find somewhere else to park mextime and be glad to walk!

Easy to enter and exit with plenty of help and places to park.

I did not have to worry about finding a open space in a parking lot especially since there were 3 events going on at the same time.

I paid 20 dollars to park in a lot and when I arrived the lot simply did not exist. There was no parking available for where I paid and nowhere in the area with the title of the parking deck I paid for. Very disappointed

I was very happy with our parking. It was very convenient for the Legacy Arena. I would highly definitely recommend it.

The assurance we’d have a parking place was invaluable. Our paid barcode was scanned and we found a spot very close to the entrance/exit. It was easy and convenient to have prepaid.

Paid $20 in advance for parking in Social Security Deck. I arrived with printed pass to find there were no attendants on duty. A guard there informed me I had been scammed, and even if HE admitted me my car would be stuck there until morning when staff arrived!

I pre-paid for a lot and was not allowed access the day of the reservation. I emailed Parking.com and have received zero response. I will find other trustworthy alternatives. Don’t waste your time with this one.

Great location to Convention Center complex, but only security we saw at 11:30pm was BPD - who were 2 street corners away. Not that we had any security issues or break-ins, but at least one off duty city or county LEO would be nice.

I reserved parking for the NCAA tournament. When I went to the website there were different options. The option I chose was parking in P15 for all 3 sessions on March 16 and 18 for 30. Regular price for daily parking is 20 for this event. After the 16th my pass was expired and I never received a pass for the 18th. So I ended up paying 10 more than I should have for one day of parking. Called multiple times and no one would help. Just kept transferring me to other departments.

Don’t use them. Paid for a spot, then couldn’t access the link to use it. Emailed them with no response. Contacted credit card company to get my money back. Don’t fall for this scam.
