Price was fair but it would have been cheaper if I had purchased parking there on site.

It was easy to access my parking pass and understand the process.

Car seemed safe,as there were a couple police cars in lot,for traffic control.Appreciated no fees like they do here on hotels,it was a half mile walk,but we'll worth 20 bucks.

Nobody there to direct me where I could park. Nothing was marked. So had to stress the whole game if my truck was going to be towed because I parked in the wrong spot.

The website was easy to follow and I liked all of the parking options. I will use the site again.

I had to call multiple times and speak to 3 different people about how the parking at this location worked.

The first agent I called told me there was somewhere to scan the barcode I received but there was nothing there.They also gave me a phone number to speak to someone else with an area code nowhere near where I was. I drove around the parking lot and spoke to the hotel staff about its location - told they don’t have it there so I had to call your company back for further clarification.

Not one issue! Plenty of spots were available, attendants helpful and present.

It was easy to use and I never have any issues!

The address they gave me was a pin right to the correct entrance of the parking. The pass was in my apple wallet and super easy to use!

We needed parking for the Taylor Swift concert in Las Vegas. I found a decently priced location within walking distance with a week to go. That was great. However, when I clicked the link to pull up my pass in the email it said the pass could not be found. This was very stressful. Fortunately, after I signed into the app, the pass was available and we were able to access our spot with ease.
