I also do not like having to call the number to get in and out. What if I didn’t have a phone? What if it didn’t work? Thankfully there was a parking attendant, who just directed me to call the number and push 0 to get the gate opened.

Pros: can’t beat $11 and right next to the ballpark.

Weird system with misleading info

I prepaid and the instructions said just drive in and number plate recognition will be used. When we arrived, and when we left, we needed to call a number to lift the barrier. As an overseas visitor, we only had very limited credit on our phone. The confusion, and resultant stress, could me mitigated by attaching meaningful (ie correct) instructions to the booking email. I'm not quite sure what we had done if we hadn't taken a phone.

The gate didn't raise unless you paid…

The gate didn't raise unless you paid at the gate, which meant that if you prepaid you had to pay twice! The phone number for the help desk went straight to a dial tone. There was no space in the payment page to put a prepaid code or anything. To make matters worse, it took like an hour to leave the garage because everyone was trying to figure out what to do at the gate if they already paid. This event had maybe a 1000 people at it. Made me miss the days of handing a person $10.

Terrible experience

Terrible experience. Not clearly marked on what steps to do. We had to call someone to open the gate with 40 cars waiting to get out behind us.

Easy to make a reservation, but entrance was not as easy as thought. Even though License Plate entry was given, gate didn't open. We had to call local number, to get access. Afterwourth, we received sms from parking lot to pay the parking. All resolved after reply to sms and providing the parking pass ticktet.

Zero stars

Zero stars! I prepaid for parking for an alloted time for Sunday 9/8/24. Got to the parking lot and was no option to scan to get in and no instructions for prepaid customers. Also, no attendant was at the garage upon arrival. Upon departure an attendant was there. I advised that I prepaid and showed her the confirmation sent to me and she scanned a card and let me out of the garage. Today I get a random text message saying it's showing I'm still parked and needed confirmation yes that right or no not parked. I responded to the text saying I am not parked in the lot and I prepaid for an alloted time. I got another text stating to send proof of the prepaid parking.
First, how am I getting a text that my car is still parked. Obviously, you all don't have regular attendants. I shouldn't be getting text after I the customer paid for parking and left over hour before my ending time per the confirmation sent. Also, if this was important the attendant should have made sure to take my vehicle out of your system. I will not use this garage and no other garage or parking lot you all have going forward and will not recommend you to anyone.

Great Parking Garage

There was guy that was very informational about when you should retrieve your vehicle from the parking garage. The garage was absolutely next to the stadium Autozone Park.

I was charged twice and got stuck at the exit for 10 minutes trying to leave. Horrible experience and not a human being around nor available on the phone to correct the issue. I will never chance getting trapped I. A parking garage again like that. So irresponsible. I would tell everyone to avoid a situation like that. It’s dangerous.

It was a big ball game with big crowds

It was a big ball game with big crowds. An actual live attendant was there to assist when leaving. This does not occur or week day games and lines leaving can get long as people struggle on figuring out how to get the gate to open.
