I understand that it is convenient to not have to have a parking attendant. I also understand that doing things online is easier for you the company. However, it was dark that night and I fumbled a lot trying to scan the QR Code. Enter all my information. Pull out my debit card or credit card to pay for this. It was an unsettling feeling because i'm standing in a parking lot at night trying to do this. I tried to park under a street light so I at least had the light. That way. I had already gotten out of my car because it was easier to scan the QR Code standing outside and therefore maybe it was my own fault for trying to do it standing up. Looking at my phone it's not the most convenient thing for the client.
Pay thru phone is the only option. 1. There are still a ton of people who don't have secure internet access through their phone. 2 QR code that directs you to payment site was posted in bright sunlight; made it virtually impossible to see what you were doing on an LED screen. No place to find shade to see better. 3. Spent OVER 10 minutes completing the payment process. Think about how that compares to the time required to hand a five-dollar bill to an attendant. Whoops - make that $6.99.

Prepaid and reserved a spot at 1229 Grand Parking Lot for event parking. Needed that location for a handicapped passenger. Arrived and were told the lot was "FULL". They tried to send us elsewhere that would have required a much more distant walk in heavy traffic. They had one spot left reserved for a reported "big-wig". We informed the attendant we paid for a spot, they had a spot and we moved the barrier and took it. He didn't protest. Other pre paid customers had the same problem. I would NOT do business with this company again...if you do, be prepared for disappointment or a major fight. To allow this lot to be oversold when they know spaces are prepaid is inexcusable.
I wanted to block more time, but it wouldn't allow me and didn't give me a reason. Then, I couldn't add more time from my phone so I had to come back early so I would leave on time.

What went wrong was my friends car was stolen right out of the parking lot. No access to being able to see the video of it happening. Even though they have multiple cameras in the lot.
Our car was stolen and after we tried for over an hour we finally got ahold of someone to see if we could see video they said probably not and if so we could go see it Monday because there’s nothing they can do over the weekend.
Firstly, the gate entrance is open for anyone. I saw several people leave their cars without paying. I paid $7.99 while others get to park for free? No one was making sure that the vehicles were paid for. It's very deceiving.
I liked that we can scan and put in the approximate time that we will be parked and that payment came right out of our accounts. It was easy and the price was good for the time I was at my visit.
$40 is way to much for parking. It's enough people to make money. Not for $40. Maybe $15 not $40
The attendants were extremely friendly and helpful!
