Ticket Scanner rarely works!

Ticket Scanner rarely works. I purchase my parking ticket on line thru sp+ parking and print out the paper bar code which needs to be scanned so I can get actual ticket. Majority of the time, the scanner doesn’t work so I push for a ticket. When I exit the garage, I need to speak with someone via intercom to open the gate. I have to give them my name, phone number, and original reservation number so I can get out without having to pay again. Such a BIG WASTE of time. FIX the scanner!!!

When I printed the ticket

When I printed the ticket, there's no bar code sometimes. It's okay to call your help center when I got out of parking lot. But took too long time to answer all question including the long reservation number, the reason why I couldn't scan the ticket, name, phone no. parking ticket no.
Can you just simplify this process?
