The code wouldn’t work and the attendant was very helpful so we didn’t have to pay twice.
It seems to be a safe place to park downtown Chicago. The machine could not read my reservation barcode but the parking employees were very helpful on my way out.
This was a rip off - Total bait and switch. We were charged $15 to park from 1pm to Midnight. When we left at 11:30pm we were charged another $40. When we called to complain - refunded the $15. BS... See more

Correct location issues
I used Google maps to locate the location of the parking garage. I was supposed to be entering. Google navigator said twice that your location was 155 East Chicago avenue. I entered the garage because I had already paid for a spot through spot hero. As I tried to leave the garage, my ticket didn't work. By the time the agent finally came on to help me, I was told that I was in the wrong garage and then he charged me for an additional 15 minutes that I had been sitting at the gate. I have been at the garage under 2 hours and end up paying $40. Which I was very unhappy about in addition to paying for my spot hero parking.
Good service
Good service, as expected. Some spots seemed a little crammed, and took some effort to exit the spot that I had parked.

This was a rip off - Total bait and switch. We were charged $15 to park from 1pm to Midnight. When we left at 11:30pm we were charged another $40. When we called to complain - refunded the $15. BS - we should have gotten the $40 back. If the cost was $40 that should have been communicated upfront.

Barcode Reader Doesen't Work - Had to Double Pay
Would not recommend. Barcode scanned at the garage and said it was invalid even though I was at the exact parking garage and in the alloted time slot I chose. I was out the $15 bucks I paid through the app, then the garage charged me much more - around $45...I would not use this and instead go with another app and garage that has better barcode recognition so you don't double pay. Interested to see if the company makes it right.

The price was wonderful
The price was wonderful! The garage was clean and the attendants were very helpful. The QR code would not scan, but the attendant on the phone got us in and out with no issues.

Couldn't get in easy
Couldn't get in easy, couldn't get out easy. The barcode to scan wasn't clearly attached in the email and I had to call and give my reservation code. On the way out there wasn't even a code scanner. again I had to call to figure it out.

The app could work a little better but great money saver
The app could work a little better. When I'm booking a parking space and I navigate away from it to do something else, when I return I have to start my booking all over again. But it has saved me a huge amount of money on parking in downtown Chicago compared to the drive up rates.

Will NOT be using this ever again!
Will NOT be using this ever again!! First and LAST time I'll be using this site!! I entered my times as 7am - 8:30pm. It gave me a price of $22 so I booked it because it was a better deal than Spothero(so I thought!!) who was wanting $35 for the same time frame. I went ahead and booked it, to only later find out my requested times were adjusted to 12:01am - 11:59pm with a "fine print" reading ONLY GOOD FOR UP TO 6 HRS!!! I clearly needed more than 6 hrs which is why I entered my specific times!!!! When I called customer service, they were ZERO HELP! Stated there was NOTHING they could do and I should take it up with the parking facility! ABSOLUTELY UNREAL!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND PARKING.COM! YOU'RE BETTER OFF BOOKING WITH SPOTHERO! 6 HRS WOULD'VE BEEN $16 WITH SPOTHERO!!
ZERO STARS IF I COULD!!!!!!!!!!!
