For me

Followed instructions that were emailed…
Followed instructions that were emailed and the pass did not scan at exit. Had to pay full price. Will not use again.

When I read the Instructions on what to…
When I read the Instructions on what to do on your site after I reserved the parking it said to go to the lot scan the QR code and pull out a ticket so that's what I did. Now when I had to leave it said to scan the code again and put the ticket in tbe machine so I followed those instructions. I couldn't leave the lot after scanning and putting the ticket in the machine and I had to pay again to leave the lot. Will never be using your site again as it gives the wrong info to your consumers and I lost out on $.

The pass did not work and I had to hold up everyone leaving the parking lot so security could help me.
