The machine wasn’t working
The machine wasn’t working, the lady over the intercom was very rude. Residents had told us this problem has been going on for a month and they refuse to fix it.
TERRIBLE experience and TERRIBLE customer service; DON'T USE THIS COMPANY and don't park in this lot!
Even though my parking sticker was validated by the vendor I was visiting, the machine at the exit was broken. I spent 15 minutes trying to get out and was sent a link to pay the amount anyway because the customer service representative told me that was the only way. I got repeated text messages for the next two weeks threatening me with a "citation" or a "penalty charge" if I didn't pay. Every time I responded saying my parking had been validated by the merchant and I got persistent responses that said "Invalid request! Please try again." And I would try again and would get the same response. It was a truly dystopian experience. I simply will never park in this lot ever again and will avoid this company if ever come across it. I guess I'll try to get my money back, but I have no hope that I'll get it from this total scam of a company.

While we appreciated the location’s convenience to our restaurant, it turned into a very frustrating experience.
For some reason it wouldn't read my credit cards
For some reason it wouldn't read my credit card. I tried two different cards and called for help since the gate was down and I was trapped. It took so much time then they sent me a text to pay it. After 30 minutes I received another text to pay. I paid it which was alot more than the meters on the street plus an additional fee I was charged. I was inconvenienced and it took so much time and on top of the high fee they added an additional fee.
I was attempting to exit the parking…
I was attempting to exit the parking lot on time. However the QR code was not working properly. I tried for a few minutes and called the operator. I was then forced to pay an additional $11 for the 3/5 minutes it took me to try and reach the operator for assistance. This was a horrible experience!
Couldn’t pay at the exit
Couldn’t pay at the exit, then got harassing texts and still couldn’t get any card we tried to work.
So my parking ticket barcode was not…
So my parking ticket barcode was not able to be read by the scanner for some reason. Pressed the help button and provided them with my information and was sent a link to provide payment. Seems a little unfair to add a .99 service fee to the bill.
