I reserved a spot the day of an event and had no issues when I got to the lot. Pulled up to the lot, showed my reservation to the attendant, gave the keys and left my car. When I returned I had my car within 1 minute. Good spot to park for United Theatre.

When we arrived, They said our Hyundai Santa Fe was a large SUV and wanted an additional $14 on top of the $42 I already paid online, in order to park the car for 6 hours… I felt very taken advantage of. If anyone has seen a Santa Fe it is no larger than a Subaru. I will never park there again, and I advise others to avoid this place like you would avoid a plague…

I was unable to cancel a reservation that was made in Error. A review of this would indicate a reservation for 8 AM made at 8:09 AM on 05/13/24 . I realized the time was in error but could not go back to cancel it.
NOTE: this is not a criiticism of the location but the Web application for reservations. my credit card has been charged for a service I did not use.

When you purchase your parking and no QR code pops up get ready because the lot will have no idea what to do with only an order number. They’ll think your order doesn’t exist and they’ll try not to give you your car. What they really need is the ID number and you have to call SP parking for that. I want to give a better review for the service, but this has happened to me multiple times and the company will do nothing to rectify it or compensate for my time lost. Spent hours trying to get my car out of a lot because they thought I didn’t pay. The lot attendant was nice but the real issue I have is with the parking.com app, not the lot. They need to provide everything the attendant needs to check you out.

Drove to NY for Nike Indoor Nationals at the Armory. Parking a F250 with a rack is a nightmare. By reserving parking at this lot it took all the stress away. The lot is only 0.3 miles from the Armory.

The lot name was different from the address used for google maps to locate the lot. The attendant still accepted the reservation though and the lot was easy to get in and out.

I had to stand their digging through my email to find the one from parking.com and, amazingly enough, BOTH receipts are EXACTLY the same, including the QR code that lot-boy could have used in the first place...

The attendants were AWESOME, super polite and professional. My Silverado Trail Boss was given a private corner with another Trail Boss! However, because there’s always a “however”, before I could leave, I was forced to pay a “Super-oversized” fee of $21+. I had prepaid for $77, claiming the only oversize option on the booking site. So, 10 of the 12 booked hours in the mostly empty lot cost me $98, an extra $21, even though I left 2 hours early. Am I entitled to both a refund of 2 hours and a refund of $21 for the bogus “super oversized” charge? No to the former, and yes to the latter. Never going to see it. I think I’ll shop elsewhere next time.
