Ok parking lot
Ok parking lot. No where near enough spots. Part of the parking lot looked blocked off while customers were waiting for spots to open up in the overcrowded open lot. There was a friendly guy working the gate. Lots of construction going on in the garage which is limiting spaces. Convenient location across from the PATH station . It’s Jersey.

The price was different when I booked…
The price that was posted was different from the price I was charged at checking out of the parking lot charged me more than $30 for less than 2 hrs. What a ripoff!!!

It was safe and there was a guy always there.
The building looked a bit very open to me but a guy was there , unfortunately I don't know his name and I wanted to tip him but couldn't find him at the moment, he was very helpful and friendly .

Convenient and EV friendly
Garage looks well maintained and provides charging for Tesla if need be. Conveniently located and I found it to be not so crowded so it was a quick drop in and pick up. Will use it again if I’m in that neighborhood.

Horrible experience.
Horrible experience. I could not find the parking lot the morning when I went to use it. The email confirmation I received gave me the address 2 Cottage Street, Jersey City, New Jersey, 07306. There is no parking lot at this address. When I saved the reservation to my Apple Wallet, it gave me the address 2940 JFK BLVD., Jersey City, New Jersey, 07306 at the entrance to the lot but again there was no parking lot at that address. I know the fine print states that there is no refunds for unused reservations but this is ridiculous. I should be entitled to a refund if there are no parking lots to be found. Customer service says they would
Get back to me shortly but I’ve yet to hear from them.

Was Parking Free?
Parking was great. Near our stadium seats. However, no one checked to see if we paid for parking. Parking appeared to be free. That was disappointing. 🙁
