Never got to use

Directions to the garage took me to a hotel with no garage e trance in sight. I turned the first corner and found a garage immediately. Stopped at the gate trying to scan the barcode for a while before I realized it was a different garage and it was too late to back up. Paid double the parking that day, never stayed and there are no refunds. Will definitely
not use this service again

No parking

I reserved parking but when I got to the lot there were no spots available.
Additionally, the attendant was not able to effectively communicate with me and help solve the issue
