If I could give no stars I would

If I could give no stars I would. I may have parked in that place for about an hour and the police across the street know that I did because neither one of us understood the parking procedure. I was there I would really say about an hour and 15 minutes. I left right away. I came late to an event there and it was practically over before I got there, the next thing I know they was sending me a bill and I have been left that place. I did not stay there long at all and they asked me if I wanted to do extra time because I didn't know it was over early and I thought I needed the time. I applied for it I don't know what happened and I left there immediately. The event was practically over as soon as we got there. We stayed outside and talked with our friends and family for about 20 minutes and we left. The next thing I know I get a bill. I will never park in that lot again. Ever. They need to make it easy for people to understand. Where I live at we don't have problems with parking and we don't have parking machines upstate. That is why I keep myself Upstate and don't come down to the metropolitan area. I let them know immediately after I received the bill more than a month after I visited the location and nobody ever contacted me back. The police across the street said that people constantly complain about that parking lot and they believe that it is a way to exploit money from people.

App is terrible

App is terrible, doesn’t register the lot number. Forces to use the QR code which is slow to load and crashes often.

The application to submit my payment…

The application to submit my payment was difficult to access, when I finally believe it was paid I use the facility to later on received a email claiming that I didn’t pay

Your location does not have any issue, but...

Your location does not have any issue, but it's just your app. Your app needs to be very much improved as it has hardly saved the history of my visits and my car information. I have had to start from the beginning all the time as a first time app user.

Everything was great except

Everything was great. Love the ease of parking on my phone and the constant text reminders, which were very much appreciated. My only issue was that all the entrances have a big red sign stating it's a private lot. This confused me and so I originally left. And circling around, in Flushing Main St, is quite annoying with all the one ways and traffic lanes.

I accidentally choose the wrong plate…

I accidentally choose the wrong plate and unable to edit. So I had to pay another fee with the correct plate. It would be nice to be able to edit the plate number after I paid. I didn't notice it till after I paid.

Nice self parking but.....

It was a little confusion at first and later learned how to use the app to pay for the parking. The con is there's no attendant to ask for help. This make me feel i'm in some kind of Terminator movie that control by the computer.

Very hard to use

Very hard to use. Too expensive. What does a person without a cell phone or internet do? The raised asphalt bumps in spaces makes driving in search of a space difficult.

Convenient

Convenient. I really like the idea that I can extend the time just by using my phone without worrying my parking limit will soon be over. In addition, the text message reminder is so helpful, makes me aware whether to extend the time or not.
