The Woe Of A Lost Ticket
I lost my ticket and the process to get out of the parking garage was far too complicated. I had to give my phone number to receive a code from the attendant only to receive another link to pay. The attendant was confused as well and the whole experience took way longer than it should have (in the past the charge plus penalty appear on the pay screen and I can pay right there, it takes a couple of minutes and I’m done).
The worst part was when the attendant said he was going to the raise barriers then disconnect the call. I asked him to wait as I was standing outside of my car to get to better communication through the speaker system and needed to get back in. He did not listen and disconnected the call and THE BARRIER CLOSED BEFORE I COULD DRIVE THROUGH. I was stuck for another 10 minutes waiting for someone to pick the call up again.
This is a bad system and needs to be revised, the experience was so horrid that I’m inclined to park a mile and an half away from my office and walk over to avoid this awful system.
I don’t lose my ticket often but unfortunately on crazy days it can happen and I NEVER want to deal with that again. You’re already making more money off of me in this situation you don’t need to penalize me further and frankly we are more technologically advanced than this, you CAN do better!

The WORST Customer Service
They have terrible customer service. Unfortunately, if you ever have issues with the parking lot or are trying to establish a monthly parking spot, they take about a month to respond.

The machine would not accept my ticket or credit card. The person I called for help through the machine could not be heard. What I could hear did not help and I had to make a second call. It was also ridiculous to pay $0.99 service charge on a $1 parking fee. I will not use this service in this garage again.

Very upset I had to pay for all day parking because I lost my ticket. Also, the phone assistant was not clear at all and I had a hard time understand the procedure. There should be customer assistance at the office to help customers.
Unnecessary fees…
I accident I all left my wallet at the office when shopping at Target. The phone attendant let me out after taking down my name number and email. Upon my return i did my shopping and paid the 1.00 parking fee after being there about 5min. Later in the day I got an email with a 1.99 charge. In essence you charged me a dollar to pay a dollar. That’s absurd. I’ll park on the street from now on.
Had difficulty with lobby pay station
Had difficulty with lobby pay station , as did others in front & behind me. Went to onsite office. Lady flat out lied. Told to drive to exit gate, press help button and she would collect correct fee snd raise gate. Help button answered by remote call center. They sent me bill for $18. Would avoid these scammers.
